I Am Torontonian is a cultural artistic project with a mission to transform the way people see Torontonian’s through pictures. Toronto based photographer Semco Salehi is organizing a gallery of photos taken across GTA representing and documenting random individuals to only portray a life in Toronto and to create an exhaustive catalogue of the city’s inhabitants. All the photos posted on the website are taken on the streets of Toronto. Pictures may include quotes, commentaries, sounds and small video clips to share the primary information and/or tell a story. I Am Torontonian will be focused to bring our community a sense of unity, culture and awareness. Lets show the world what a beautiful city we’re living in and how Toronto as it’s name bears gathers all ethnicities together to be a starting point for the ultimate peace we seek in the world we share.
