I imagine their first meeting going like this:

Dick: *fighting some goons at the docs to stop a shipment of something*

Danny: *gets annoyed while working so he beats up some of the goons*

Dick: ‘oh no that’s hot!’

This will be Dick x Danny (kind of)

Danny lives in Gotham and has a job by the docs. He eventually gained muscles and grew taller. Right now he’s around forty. He doesn’t work as a hero anymore except to help ghosts who get lost and can’t get back to the ghost zone.

I want this to be that Dick has sort of a puppy love on him. Danny seems like this strong confident man who has his life worked out and Dick fines that attractive. Danny sees this man that’s way younger than him and goes, nope! That’s a child!

So Dick is trying to woo this man and Danny thinks it so cute but he’s so uncomfortable with the age gap. He just humors Dick for a bit.

You can have Danny end up with Bruce for extra crack or another JL hero.

I love this.

I want Bruce to go crazy thinking he hurt this kid and he can never redeem himself. Like he really wants to die because he would never do things like that and then he just gets one good memory. A memory of Vlad and Danny teaming up to take down a ghost. Or just a funny moment with Dan and/or Dani. And he realizes he misunderstood the memories and starts piecing together a totally different story.

He’s so confused because how can this kid be ok with his abuser?

Why does this guy get access to kids that he cloned from Danny? And why are they having fun with him? Was he wrong?

I think I’d be really funny, if Bruce was a reincarnated Vlad.

This is going to be based off of a prompt I saw (I will find you) where Bruce suddenly remembered his past life as Vlad.

HOWEVER, my take on that is the de-aged Ellie and Dan because the amount of ANGST and self hate that Bruce will go through thinking his past self was not only a villain, but also that sort of person?

It will eat him alive.

It will eat that man alive every time he goes to sleep and another burst of memories pass underneath his eyelids.

It burns him when he wakes up with the phantom touch of a body underneath his hands, of a boy just as young as Damian and thinner too, struggling to escape a grip of a man whose hold was too possessive, and too cruel.

It feels like acid swishing down his throat when he wakes with the taste of oily words filled with threat and something more whispered over the form of a boy. A young boy whose blue eyes blazed furiously back and yet tried to hide the quiet bursts of fear underneath.

It feels like Bruce cannot scrub the man he had been right out of him, even when his skin blisters red until it bleeds. Vladimir Masters had woken spitting and screaming, burrowed like a cold sore underneath everything that is Bruce.

Bruce hates it.

Hates the monster he had once been and still is — because despite the fact Vlad is now Bruce, living and breathing and existing here in Gotham — Vladimir Masters still exists.

He is out there right now in a little place called Amity Park, pulling weight and blood just to get what he wants.

A man who has used and abused for far too long…

Perhaps it was time to see to it, that however and whatever way that Bruce came to be, that it began with Vlad’s unfortunate circumstances back into the Ghost Zone.

It would be really funny if one of the bat family met Danny and he made a death joke and they just didn’t even notice because Jason makes so many death jokes.

Like Danny jokes about being dead and they just go ‘whatever’ then later they go ‘oh, wait a second-‘

I’m kind of over the trope of de-aged Dan and Dani. Not because it isn’t fun, but because it’s so over used. You can do so much more with their relationship! Like make Dan like an older brother to Danny so he can tease him about things he already went through. Or have Danny and Dani act as cousins. They can weird people out with how similar they look.

I really like the idea of Danny’s love interest having to go through Danny’s scary overprotective siblings. They live together in an apartment somewhere in the DC universe and will murder you if you touch their brother.

You can make Danny really powerful but his siblings are the ones you have to watch out for if you insult him. Danny won’t care but if they hear about it no one will ever find your body.

Maybe Danny was summoned by a cult or maybe he’s just in human form walking down the street and someone says something. I just want to see them protect Danny for once! He’s always the one that has to take care of them!

What about Danny being de-aged and Dani has to take care of him. I love the de-aged trope but I want to see what else you can do with it.

I’m not saying I want people to stop making stories with this trope I just want to see Dan and Dani being the caring overprotective ones for once.

I am not immune to magical animal transformation fics. Also, my cat!Danny agenda. So, like, Damian finding a magically transformed Danny, mistaking him for a regular cat, then sneaking him into the manor obviously tickles my fancy. But also, Cat!Danny winning Alfred over by being a complete narc every time one of the bats try to do something stupid while injured is just... *chef's kiss*

Bruce- *trying to sneak down to the batcave while injured* Danny- *looking for mischief, sees injured Bruce swaying in hallway* Mrow? Bruce- Shh. Danny- *slightly louder* Mrep?! Bruce- I will give you all the tuna in the world if you- Danny- *air raid level yowling*

Imagine living in Gotham your whole life. You’ve never seen the stars, but then these animal robots start being brought in and suddenly you can. You can see the stars and breathe in fresh air. It would be life changing

There's an up-and-coming Tech Giant, called Fenton Works, and Batman is determined to prove that the company is a front for a villain.

Danny, after his parents turned from Ghost hunting to being the first official Ghost Anthropologists, decided to repurpose some of their weapons.

And, well, there was a contest being run by Wayne Enterprises; whoever can design a robot that will help the environment got prize money and a grant.

Danny, in all his mechanical engineering prowess, was bored. So he designed a thing. Repurposed the Fenton Guns into a cute robotic tortoise that would clean the beach.

It spiraled from there, and now Fenton Works is the leading name in green technology that's cleaning up the Earth bit by bit. Sea Dragon robots that clean oil and trash from the ocean; beach tortoises that clean the sand and beach and deposit their hoard of trash into designated receptacles that Danny uses as material to make more robots; Cryptid "stalker" robots with long legs that delicately patrol forests to perform "fuel management" and clear out the underbrush to help manage wildfires; moving gargoyle robots that sit on top of skyscrapers to help clean the air with huge sail-like wings, etc.

Basically, Danny pulls a Doctor Elisabet Sobeck, but with less world ending and more actually helping. (Not that the world ending was Elisabet's fault, of course, but different franchise)

And due to the number of times aliens try to attack and rogues send their own robots to attack people, naturally Danny installed self-defense protocols, along with one single golden rule written into the very OS of every single robot; Save Humans Whatever the Cost.

Problem is, Batman has never seen robots like this not be used for evil purposes, and he knows that their power source (a closely guarded Fenton Works secret) is some sort of liquid that glows green.

He really only knows of one liquid that glows green.

So he's determined to find everything he can about Fenton Works, because there's no way that Daniel Fenton isn't actually a villain in the making.

Danny's just thrilled for the chance to work with Wayne Enterprises.
