What if you're not happy? What will you do when you wake up one day, and realise that life isn't as good as you think?
Sincerely,
Anxiety
P.S: Depression asked me to remind you that nobody is here for you.

I burnt all my poetry
I write, a lot, I fill note books, exam pads and pretty much anything that I can scribble on.
But I don't post much of it on social media. I guess it's like this one quote that I read the other day. "I'm like a therapist that cries at night"
I'm a poet who keeps all his feelings to himself. I'm still not sure if that's a good thing, by the way.
A couple of days ago I burnt all my poetry and I'm trying to figure out if I did that because it wasn't good enough or if I did it because I thought... I hoped that the depression would follow the wind the same way that the ashes did

I’ve been holding this in for years now but I don’t care anymore FUCK all the parental guardians from foster’s home for imaginary friends who made their kids discard their imaginary friends like garbage after they get “too old” by kicking them out into the streets or LITERALLY throwing them away in trashcans so much that they had to build foster homes just for these sentient individuals that everyone can see and communicate with yet can be treated worse than dogs without anyone blinking an eye and are conditioned to not even question why they have to serve human children in the first place like Mac’s mom had zero fuckin reason to force Mac to give up his adoptive brother just because he was “too old” which he wasn’t he was fucking 8

The only thing that I can think of to write is her name and that is sometimes enough.
I’m in love with my ex girlfriend from high school and I’m trying to get back together with her, but since we broke up I’ve changed a lot and I don’t know if she likes the person I have become. Trying to write a poem about that but there aren’t really any words that properly capture how I feel

Ode to Humanity
The world as we know it works in nobody's favour. We may have battlefields on which senseless violence takes place, but sometimes the worst kind of harm comes not from famine or plagues. But from the next door neighbour who thinks that you're not what your parents are, the parents who want you to be just like the next door neighbour's child. The worst kind of destruction is that of our self-esteem and maybe, just maybe if you're one of the unlucky ones the worst kind of destruction is that of your soul.

-she's the one and I'm not-
She was like a rose that complained about the thorns on her stem. And to him... that just made her untouchable.
