Facts about my ana experience so far

being really really cold all the time

feeling physically weak

going to the supermarket looking at all the food but leaving with toilet paper and a diet coke

thinking i can recover and eat a normal meal but already knowing i‘m gonna purge before i even finished eating

only feeling satisfied when having an empty stomach

growing more hair on the arms because i‘m so cold all the time

inhaling the smell of food that friends are eating

thinking about my goal weight and realizing that it’s bullshit because i won’t stop when i reach it

feeling like faking my ed because i crave eating sometimes

fearing going home over christmas because i don’t know how to hide it from my mum

just wanting to sleep

again always feeling weak and cold
