Pepper stared at the humanised form of the bunny for a good minute, his mouth slightly open in shock. “You used to be taller.”

"Uh, hi Mister Jarvis! I was looking for Miss Pepper. Have you seen her maybe?"

Three have entered the Lab

Jarvis glanced up at the sound of footsteps.  ”Mr. Stark is not in, is there something I can help you with?”

“Hey guys! What’re you doing here? Actually, I have a better question - who are you?”

"Surprise, heh?" He shut his mouth after that, backing up a bit, scared that he would still not want him.

“Bunny…?” Pepper had to take a moment to try and place a bunny in his memory. “Wait, are you- Tony bought me that huge bunny last Christmas… You’re that bunny?”

Bobby had his hands behind his back, biting his bottom lip, not sure how to talk to her. What would he say? How would she act? "I... uh... I was looking for... you. Um.." He was visibly scared, not sure what to do. Scared that she still wouldn't like him.

Pepper stared at the man in front of her, feeling a sense of familiarity but not knowing where it came from. “Um, can I help you, sir?” She asked, still oblivious as to who he was.

Headcanon 001 - Abandonment

Bobby already has a deep fear of this. Stuffed animals are made for a reason. To keep someone company at all times or when it's needed the most.

When Pepper didn't really like Bobby as a gift, that was strike number one. Sitting off to the side, his little fluffy heart was broken. His existence was now meaningless.

When the house was destroyed and Tony and Pepper left, that was strike number two. He was broken, ripped up, and left to become soggy in the water.

Now that he's human, that fear has tripled. He needs Tony and Pepper. If they leave him again, he'll be devastated.
