Daddy, You taught me so much while you were here with me, and for every lesson that I took willingly and for the ones it took me longer to get, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being the man and father that I needed to make me a good man. You taught me at birth the meaning of unconditional love. Before you even knew me, you loved me and not only told me, you showed me. You taught me how to love without ceasing. When times got hard, you didn't give up or give in, you stayed and fought for what you love. You taught me the importance of giving back to the community, being a positive role model, and how to give your last to someone in need. No matter how hard things got, you managed to always find the sunlight and a smile (I'm still working on that one, but it's getting easier). You taught me humility and compassion. You taught me how to pray and how to support others when they needed a hand. You taught me how to tie my shoes before I was 3, how to tie a tie when I was 5, how to type on a typewriter when I was only 8, and I could bake the best Boston Cream Cake before I was even old enough to be at home alone. You were my father, my mentor, my coach, my number one fan, my doctor, counselor, and my teacher. The last lesson you taught me, you did it in death. You taught me that no matter how much times goes by, missing someone you love never goes away. I miss you every day and I hear your voice and see you in my dreams. I know your happy to know that those lessons that I didn't take in then, I'm hearing loud and clear now. Sorry it took so long. Love you Daddy. You're baby boy!

Oh the times we used to have. My lil sis from another mother @shun662 and my first God Daughter @iamtyraalise Oh my how we have all grown and changed so much. One big happy family. Came across these pics last night and has to post. Seems like many moons ago. That lil girl is so gown now and doing such wonderful things. @shun662 that was the last Essence before Katrina. Went with darn near nothing and had the best time ever!!! Love these guys to the moon and back!
