i keep getting into fandoms that are either in hiatus or take a while to release content (im looking at you p:eg drdt yttd and milgram. and others that have been in hiatus for so long i cant even remember them) hos is a breath of fresh air frfr

yeah honestly i doubt we'll ever go on a long hiatus

maybe a tiny bit in between chapters? but really if hos gets to be too much work we'll probs just go to every other week instead of every week

hos itself is going to be a multi-year project and i dont rlly want to slow down the content speed because then it'll take even longer to tell the story we want to tell

Early concept tire. I guess her current design including the hubcab makes her more of a... wheel?? But she's tire.... so shes tire!

My first concept sketch for mercedes. fun fact, mercedes was a name before a car brand. we love puns here at HOS official so ofc we had to name her after a car!

another mercedes sketch-- this one is closer to the final design. I changed my art style between those sketches, and at one point i considered doing the comic in black and white! glad i went with color (you were right saracha). anyways, i decided that dark hair suited her more, although i ended up giving her a haircut.

HOST scribbles! i played around with diffrent aesthetics-- originally HOST had more of an "ink spill" vibe than the glitchy one we settled on.

the very first designs of the characters! they're fairly diffrent, and as mentioned some of these changed a lot (rip drawer)

its a meme from around 2020-2021 that usually features a funny animal pic or video (specifically dogs monkeys and sometimes horses) with the sound effect of a text to speech voice saying "pablo"

idk where it came from, but it actually got kinda popular in brazil for like 5 days before being overtaken by a ton of other way more popular memes that were being made at the time such as jiafei and super idol, it was the opposite of a meme drought
