Also, random, but as someone who very likely has pure O OCD and is getting a formal diagnosis on the third 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 I could really see Remus having OCD specifically around harming others and false memories. He keeps an extensive journal just so he can make sure for certain he knows where he was at certain times and constantly asks the Marauders for fact checking and reassurance. Poor little lad is just a ball of anxiety and fear and it ends up making him come across as shy when really he’s just too busy ruminating to hold conversations for too long.
