“i can’t believe you’re using my nephew to get yourself out of this. poor boy, he works so hard.” vax pretended to pout, scratching behind the big boys ears lovingly. “baroness of the third house of whitestone, grand mistress of the grey hunt, who is shit at walking us out of a forest.” he teased, knowing he’d likely get his ass kicked. but he was making up for lost time. he had died, after all. he wouldn’t be able to do this again if the raven queen was ever took him back. “should we set camp or something? because it might be nightfall before we find an actual path.”
continued from here! @hxlcycnx
‘ id be able to pay attention if you shut up. ‘ vex said pushing him off of her before smoothing her hair back down from were he had rubbed his knuckles into her head. turning towards trinket who had been trailing closely behind the twins , ‘ do you remember which way we came in? ‘ vex asked knowing trinket was very smart when it came to wooded area.

vax furrowed his brow, stunned at what the other just said. “toph, what the fuck is a badgermole.” vax laughed, still a little shocked. “there are badgers, and there are moles…but a badgermole? like a combination between the two?” he asked curiously, trying to picture the creature in his mind. “also how do you know a badgermole likes you?”
Toph stuck her tongue out toward the other, a laugh shaking her whole body. "I'll have you know, only one of those is me. The other is a badgermole but still counts." She nodded her head at his comment, "I'll give you that, lovable dicks is a good title to have."

obi-wan had to take a moment to process what the other had told him. that his life was just…out for others to view in another world. he wondered if it was his entire life, wondered if he really had any part of his life that was private, that was sacred. in truth, it scared him. “well…i hope i live up to your expectations.” he replied dryly, not exactly knowing how to feel about being so known. “you are much braver than i. I haven’t watched my movies and shows and whatnot, but i hope i’m perceived accurately, for the good and the bad.” honesty was really all he could ask for. he didn’t want to be a hero, but he prayed he wasn’t the villain who created darth vader.
“you have more bravery than i do. i think i am content with the memories i have. there’s a peace in that i think.” he smiled half-heartedly. “may i ask where you are from? the name of your story?”
"I used to have a better option, but it doesn't really exist here so, superglue it is. I tried staples once but, glue is definitely better." Nico chuckled a bit before shrugging, honestly very unbothered. He was a demigod, stuff happened and sometimes you needed to get fixed quick.
Nico was quiet as he thought about it, wanting to be certain of his answer when he did speak. "I see it more as these are recordings of our lives. We made the decisions, and someone else recorded them into an enjoyable form. I don't think our free will was taken from us, it's just...a bit odd being able to read about my own life. Though I'm thankfully just a side-character in my stories."
Nico froze as the other introduced himself, staring wide-eyed at the man for a moment. "Hold up, did you just say you're fucking Obi-Wan Kenobi? That is...holy shit." He quickly realized he was on the edge of being weird about it, Nico quickly shoving down that initial excitement to offer in explanation. "The movies that your story is in are in my world. So uh, I know who you are a little. Haven't seen all of them, just..most of them."

she was honestly used to being stared at. being half-dead, half-alive tended to draw a lot of attention. but after years of stares and feeling ashamed, somewhere along the road the warlock just decided to have fun, to embrace it. so, when she caught her “admirer”, she creeped over, spindly, long limbs and all as she advanced.
“h e l l o.” her voice stretched, like a dead victorian woman, a sweet tone luring children to their doom. “would you like to meet my friend? he’s very…entertaining.” she asked, already reaching into her jacket, but waiting for the other’s approval.

erik hummed to himself, trying to tidy up to opera. there wasn’t much to clean, but he was worried about his home in the brief time he had away from it. and the charming girl he had met, just before being jettisoned away. the charming girl who had seemed to be in every dream he ever had, even before he had met her, who’s voice he simply could not get out of his head.
it confused him, a little. he couldn’t comprehend the feeling stirring in his chest for someone he hadn’t known long. but he wanted to find her again, he wanted answers.
and as if the universe were answering a call, he heard the door of the theatre open. erik, uncharacteristically enthusiastic to greet the unexpected guest. “you came back.” his voice surprised and delighted all at once. what was he even saying? he cleared his throat and tried to compose himself. “i-i mean, you’re back, from whatever world we were all transported to. i’m glad you’re safely returned.” he tried recovering, though really, he was surprised she had returned to the opera house at all. he never expected good things to last.

“you’re more than welcome to join me. it’s still pretty peaceful here, and i wouldn’t mind the company.” hané offered, gesturing to the grassy spot across from her.
“perhaps not, but forgive me, i don’t believe i know your name.” still, she felt connected to the other, perhaps through the force. he was certainly strong in the force, that much she knew for certain. “perhaps you know my master, idris pavan? i was his padwan and fought alongside him in the wars. he was much more connected to the masters than i was.” she never made it to be a knight after all.
He shouldn’t come to the temple, not anymore. He would always be a Jedi, that wouldn’t change. But his time with them had passed. It was with a new generation now, and the old Masters had to let them move on. Least it did seem as if the younger ones had a better outlook then some of the Council rules of his day. Still, a little over a decade, that had been all that was left before the Sith won. All because the Jedi of his day had failed, and missed the signs.
It was thinking about this that had led him back to the Temple that day. He’d been trying to avoid the crowds and slipped out to the gardens. Many people here were just being nosey from the island, and hadn’t quite discovered the peace there. Though it seemed like it wasn’t totally deserted.
He hadn’t actually meant to disturb her, but it seemed he was to be unlucky with that. “I don’t think there’s much need for titles like that these days” and he might still use the title, but she didn’t even seem to know him. What use was it here? “No, I believe like you, I was looking for somewhere more peaceful. Though it seems many others have moved into the pool now”.

“healing a human by making them drink your blood instead of the other way around…now that is interesting.” astarion didn’t have all that, or at least he didn’t think he did. he had never thought to try. “the badger isn’t so bad once you get used to it, darling.” astarion quipped back. that was his micro-aggression-disguised-as-a-endearment, not hers. “as much as i’m always down for a good time, you just bled into another person. you hardly seem ready to fight.” that…and if astarion were being honest, he wasn’t entirely at the ready either. he hadn’t drank from a human in gods only knew when, but in ivy cove, he rarely felt like he needed to. baldur’s gate was much, much different.
“well, you’re not one of cazador’s little family members…so who are you?” he asked curiously, not knowing that there were other vampires in the area that weren’t linked to cazador.
emma supposed a perk of this place was that it was easier to leave bodies around. she was trying not to go on a rampage, so it wouldn't draw attention to nick and herself, but she had been so bored. the other woman in her arms had been so charmed with her, like they always were, but emma had been unable to contain herself until they got elsewhere. she was annoyed by the interruption and being scolded by the other blonde vampire, but considering she recognised him, emma pulled away from the neck, rolling her eyes. "badger blood? please, i would never taint myself with such slop," emma scoffed. not as reluctant as she should have been, emma bit into her own wrist, allowing her blood to then drip into the human's mouth to heal her, before pushing her away and telling her to run. emma would be able to find her again later now anyway. "a moral code? don't be so ridiculous. you're a vampire darling." god, she hated people like this. always such mood killers. "though i won't deny the temptation to see you forced to stop me is high," emma said, a smirk on her face. "sounds like a good time."

“ooohhhh your father owns a ship?” the doctor asks, equally curious and excited. they knew the other was a pirate, they didn’t know that pirating ran in her family. “what are we going to do once we find it? because you know i’m ready to sail a ship if i have to.” they laughed, already excited at the idea of becoming a pirate.

“i used to be a talking feather duster, cheri, a taking bat does not sound so bad.” plumette teased. when she thought about it, a talking bat seemed pretty cute, better than being a feather duster. “talking bats is quite interesting though. are you a vampire?” babette asked, nothing really surprising her anymore.
@hxlcycnx, a starter in coruscant.
mavis was naturally curious, but she seemed even more so with dennis in her arms. the little vampire would ask questions, and she tried to answer, even if she had to come up with a response on the spot. during one of those moments, however, a droid responded to the kid, catching mavis off guard. "i’ve gotten used to talking bats," she laughed, even though she had no memory explaining how she discovered that bats could talk or even when she transformed into one for the first time. "i can get used to this too."

sydney was drawn out of her hyper focus as she heard her new roommate enter. cooking had always demanded all the energy she could give, not that she minded, especially making food for other people. “hey welcome back. i made fish florentine…not much out here other than fish to work with, but I did my best.” the lack of resources didn’t allow her to be as creative with her cooking as she liked, but she could get by. “made some fish patte for you cats too.” sydney smiled, petting a tiny calico cat.

din raised an eyebrow at the temperamental person near him. he had only wanted to catch some fish, he hadn’t expected to deal with someone’s crisis, but he hadn’t expected most things these days. “don’t beat yourself up over it. i haven’t figured it out either, neither have a lot of people.” din tried calming, though he wasn’t sure how much help he really was. “hopefully we’ll be out of here soon, then none of us will have to worry about it.”

azula let out another frustrated grunt as she failed at the waterbending move she was trying, again. this was ridiculous. she was back in her own world but unable to get back to the fire nation. the least she could do was try and master these new abilities. "such a stupid element," azula scoffed, dropping her arms and causing a splash in the pool of water she was near.

“teleportation, somebody really wants to fuck with us.” ben huffed, really just wanting to find a nice place to restart his life. “join the club kid. i wish i could tell you, but this isn’t the first time someone’s fucked with my life, and i’ve never found answers.” well…the first time it had been palpatine, but he couldn’t be the answer. him and rey had destroyed him…right? “with everyone’s memories all messed up and now this…i think there’s someone pulling the strings. know anyone who’d want to do that?”

penelope smiled sweetly at the other, touched by his innocence. she couldn’t help it, her motherly instincts were a part of her now, and she couldn’t help but be reminded of her own son when seeing the other. “oh, i hope so. i miss the island too.” she agreed, placing a comforting hand to the other’s shoulder. “i’m sorry you’re feeling so bummed, but maybe we make the most of it, yeah? at least until we can find a way to get back…”

"do you think we'll ever go back?" seth questioned to the other. "not to sound ungrateful or anything because obviously we've been provided for here and it's totally awesome to be in an exciting place but... it is cold and i miss the island." seth was confused about the whole thing, majorly. but there had been a lot of odd things happening in ivy cove recently.

penelope looked sadly. “something similar. i wished for us all to be happy. hard if we’re not together.” she had tried to keep their spirits up, tried to keep hope that they would find each other again, but it was hard. sometimes it felt like the gods would do anything to keep them all apart. “it seems like everything we do to keep us all together, it’s never enough.” penelope tried to be a rock for her boys, to be the support they needed, but she was getting tired. she would never give up on her son, but she also didn’t know how to keep hope that they could just be…happy. “i’m so sorry. i thought when you came back we would all just be together. i vowed to make the rest of your days nothing but peaceful. i’m sorry it’s not exactly been that…
❝ look, a shooting star ! did you make a wish ? ❞ (pen to ody)
"I did. I wished for the only person we don't have right now. Our son." Odysseus spoke, looking at his wife before adding another stick to their little fire. It was colder here in the Northern Water Tribe than it was back home in Ivy Cove and Ithica. He almost missed Ivy Cove, but nothing compared to how much he missed his actual home. "Did you make a wish, my beloved?"

caleb hated to be alone. he used to think being alone was what kept others safe, used to think that he could hurt less people that way. nowadays, he feared who he would be without his friends, feared who he could become on his own. he wanted so desperately to believe he had changed, but he had done such terrible things, it was hard to convince himself sometimes.
so when he saw an unmistakable flash of blond hair and curious, dreamy eyes, he felt a little better. caleb could help himself. “excuse me, fräulein.” he had to stop himself from grinning. “i’m looking for a beautiful, blond woman. she’s very kind, the very image of a goddess….there’s a rugged wizard man who i happen to know has missed her very much.” the facade broke, the grin he had struggled to hold back now broke out onto his bearded face. “you wouldn’t have happened to see her…would you?”

“no, i understand what you mean.” obi-wan had done some research of his own on the history of their new, and hopefully temporary home. it was fascinating. it reminded him of a couple planets in his home universe, but he was sure this place was another universe entirely. “i’ve lived in or visited cities worse than this place. the way of life here is far closer to what i’m used to, but returning is still the objective. i’m not fond of being away from those i care about when i only just got them back.” obi-wan mused, his thoughts running away with him. “surely there’s someone in ivy cove you’re trying to get back to?”

.。.:*☆ "This place surely had an interesting history," Colin mused, once more scanning all the neatly written pages in front of him.
"However, none of this tells us how we can leave it again," He then added with a sigh, shaking his head. "I mean, no offence, but I am not willing to spend the rest of my life here. And there are surely other people who do actually feel the same."
