Fans can be like that. It can be songs, or even in a movie or TV show and some will take it so seriously. It is great to meet you Rose. I'm Harry. I was going to say nothing but if I have to say something, I guess I would say that I played my first game back in a few weeks after being injured.
When I released 'Toxic Till The End' never did I imagine that the one part fans would rage over would be about my Tiffany rings being taken. But, I feel so bad because the ex never actually took them, it never happened! I just liked how it sounded in the song it just fits. I'm having my very own false red scarf moment and I don't know how to make it stop. But anyway, hi I'm Rosé, but if you've listened to my entire new album then you can call me Rosie. Now tell me, what's one thing you've done this week that's made you feel proud of yourself? And don't say nothing! // @hhhqstarter

Things always end up finishing quicker than you expect them to. Or at least feel like it does. I am glad you get to do that. I have headed back to the UK to spend it with family.
part of me is in shock that we wrapped on the second season of wednesday. it felt like it took forever to get the ball rolling and now it's done! the past, i don't even know how many months, it's been like a whirlwind. i'm not sure i even remember what relaxing is but i get to spend the holiday with my family! what are your plans for the big day? @hhhqstarter

So you have the weather like some of us in Europe have. Even if it is supposed to be summer in Australia. Hope the weather does get better for you. Oh, I am heading back to the UK to spend it with the family.
Being back home for the holiday season - I thought it would be a little warmer, and a whole lot sunnier but so far it's been rain and cloudy. With a little bit of humidity. Sydney really said sike - you thought you were coming into summer. Here's hoping that I get some sunshine before going back to the States. What is everyones plans for the holiday period? @hhhqstarter

Oh football can be more than fun to some fans. Believe me. It would have. When I first made the move, it was without them because it was so quick and I didn't have a house in Germany then. But now they are.
No, you got that right. I see that here too with our sports teams. Even if you have a win, they always have something to complain about. People just need to realize that this is all for fun, for entertainment and it's not like it'll make any difference when they complain. Understandable. Would've been hard to make the move without your kids.

Maybe. I mean they did have Declan Rice and Jack Grealish briefly too before they then decided to play for England. So who knows how the Republic of Ireland would hade done then. Oh, that is our plan. I don't really drink so when it came to playing the day after Christmas, it was okay. I am glad for the couple of weeks off over Christmas now though. It will be fun for them.
You learn something new every day. Think Ireland might've had a chance if you were on that team. Now you're just making England very proud. I mean, what a team. Let's go for the World Championship title in 2026. Thought they did. Sounds like it sucks to have a nice Christmas dinner with family and then the next day you're on the field again. That's worse than a hangover. That's nice. Will also be fun for the kids to see the rest of the family again.

I have. I could have played for Republic of Ireland. But even as a child when I was playing football, my dream was to play for England. So it was pretty much going to be England anyway. They do. I am pretty sure we are heading back to England.
Don't blame you. Now that is something I didn't know. Got a bit of Irish blood in ya then. Wow that sounds way better than what you get in the Premier League. They mostly play on boxing day, right? At least you can enjoy the holidays with your family. Going back home to England or celebrating it in Germany?

Yeah, it does seem that way. I am thirty-one and there has been an article or two about how I am past my prime and should retire. This did come from a former football player who retired before they were thirty. I know a few too so I know what you mean. An off season? Not a whole season. We have the break between the end of a season and a start of the next but not a whole season.
You're not wrong there, aren't you considered old and ready to retire by the time you're thirty? I get that it's a very athletic job, but I know a lot of people who are well into their forties who could still run around on a pitch for ninety minutes. Don't you guys get an off season so you can actually enjoy yourself and not worry about injuries?

That is true. That and a football career isn't that long when you think about it. That is why I am making the most of it. I do go skiing. It is just that the children go more than I do. I don't really want to injure myself doing that and not being able to play.
They do say that while you can spent years building up your career, you can lose it overnight. Which isn't what we want to hear, but it makes you appreciate what you have. My dude, you have to switch out the ball for the skis, it's so much fun. Once you get the hang on it, you're flying down the slopes. Although I prefer snowboarding, so maybe we should get you a board.

When it is international games going on for the men, I do keep an eye on how Germany do because I play my club football there and because a lot of my club team mates play for Germany.
The home team and the adoptive country - the American team is pretty amazing, too. Ah, neat. I might have to start watching their games proper, too.

That is understandable. I know that feeling. And always got to support the home team. You would be right. The Lionesses are the England's women's team.
Maybe. I don't have a lot of time on my hands at the moment but I'm catching all the Tillies games that I can. Gotta support the home countries girlies. Even if their next game isn't until Feb. I'm guessing that's the English team?

I mean I would say you should but I am biased. But I also have Irish on my father's side. The last game is 20th and the first game back after Christmas is 11th January. So compared to the games in the UK, I do get the holidays off.
I feel obligated to support my country, but after that 5-0 ass beating against England, I may feel a little shame. Think now that I live in London, I should switch teams. When does your break start? With the Nations League and then the one in Germany, it must've been pretty busy for you. You do get the holidays off, right? @hurrikaneharry

Exactly. I worked so hard to be where I am and it is also a job that doesn't go on forever. Maybe it is. But I don't get to go back to the UK as often as I would like to so I make the point of going over. I have gone skiing before. My children have been doing that when I am working. They love it.
That's the good thing about this industry, we're all doing what we love and so it very rarely feels like work. Maybe Germany is the place to be at Christmas. I have to admit I do like the snow, even though I hate being cold. Have you ever gone skiing before?

That is what I plan to do. If it actually happens that way, we will see. It is a great plan. If I was still playing in the UK, they start back on the day after Christmas. In Germany, it isn't until a couple of weeks later so I have a bit more time off.
Is that the plan, transfering back to an English team? Ah, family time at home and then a bit of a holiday, that sounds like pretty great plans.

You should watch the men's one football when you get the chance to. I can totally understand the women's one though. I may be biased, but the Lionesses are pretty great.
You know - I know not a thing about soccer but I was watching the womans world cup and I became a fan of it. Seeing women kick ass is one of my favorite thing. Haven't ventured into the whole male side of it yet, though. Kinda stuck on the Matildas. @hurrikaneharry
