OP found a Kacheek in the pound named 13uttcheeks80085 (already over 500 days old) and almost immediately received a warning on their account before the Kacheek was removed by TNT.

People in the comments are rightfully pointing out how ass backwards it is for YOU to get warned for adopting a pet you didn't even name, while somehow these pets live to be YEARS old before they're found

Because, no, a lot of people won't survive this. It won't end after 4 years. There won't BE a democratic process in your country in 4 years.

A reminder to the "the American government wouldn't..." crowd. They have. They have made their own internment camps before. They have rounded up innocent citizens and immigrants before. The victims of which are still alive to this day and trying to share their stories with the world, they have been trying to warn us for a long time. George Takei (as seen above) is a famous example of this. He has written about his experiences time and time again, even publishing a book talking about his time in these camps. He may be famous now, but at the time he was just another kid forced from his home. To this day he still firmly dedicates himself to trying to educate and inform people, trying to spread awareness with his platform. The American Government can and will do terrible things. Do not let anyone convince you otherwise.

People tend to forget that they are not players at the table, that they realistically have 0 stakes in how the story plays out.

And yep, people are marvel-brained (that is to say, status-quo economic liberal) to appalling degrees when it comes to politics.

I’ve seen some complaints that Bells Hells didn’t get punished for “breaking” the world and just wanted to add my thoughts to this. I’m not even going to talk about the Exandrian side of things, but our real world. Does right now. With everything what it is. Seem the right time to send the message of “hey if you see a flawed system just accept it because if you change it you’re a villain”? Let’s really think hard for a minute. Does “protect the status quo or be punished” really seem a good message to send across? Because yes this is a fun little game and I personally am happy that the characters I fell in love with got pretty happy endings. But it’s also a show that they share with the world. And I think they sent out a pretty damn good message with it
