HOW TO GET YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES DIPLOMA NOW?

In addition to these subjects you will do; Personnel Training; Personnel Management, hiring and firing staff; Labour Relations, the history of labour relations in SA and structuring workplace relations; and Public Relations.
Lastly, the N6 Level expands on Entrepreneurship and Business Management, how to grow a business - focusing on strategy, competitive advantage, buying, franchising or going international; Labour Relations, handling conflict, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, industrial action and communication; Computer Practice; Personnel Management, leadership, group dynamics, motivating employees, effective communication and HR information systems; and Public Relations, how to organise and present functions which will enhance the image of the company; and Personnel Training, designing and developing competency-based training programmes including how to present, evaluate and manage them.
