Some people say that HUMSS strand is the easiest among all other strand in Senior High School but for others they find it difficult. For me, there is no easy nor difficult strand if it's not truly your passion. Personally, I took this strand because before I really wanted to become a Lawyer someday but taking this strand I was able to realized things that being a Lawyer is not really for me. I didn't regret taking this strand because through this I am more confident to express my thoughts and ideas in front of other people. I remember one time when my friends in Junior High talking about what strand are we going to take in SHS and then I answered, "gusto ko HUMSS" then she said " ay hindi ko mag amo sina damo essay maubos English ko". I realized that her answer was correct but I take it positively that through this essays and reading materials will help me to grow not only as a student but as an individual who are not afraid to express her opinions. Now that I am a Grade 12 HUMSS student I realized and learn more about myself, my passion, and wants to achieve for the future. I realized the reality of life and I am more socially aware in my community. We all have our personal choices in life, don't hold back in grabbing the opportunity offer to you. Being a Humanista help me to make friends and to have a circle of friends which I can treasure in my life. BE HUMANISTA!
