I got too excited to wear it before taking a photo of it 😅 Actually, leading up to convention season I was planning on cosplaying a Macro Cosmos league staff person. Throw back to a simpler time of TexMex and Whataburger. This was kind of amusing to me. After doing my Climbing Gear Link with Kilton’s Bokoblin mask, I remember seeing @theconfectionerd amazing Bokoblin cosplay. Being from California, I wondered if our paths would cross. Months later, I decided to go to PAX South... just because. I totally didn’t expect that the first cosplayer I would see while cosplaying was none other than @theconfectionerd as an amazing No Face Shy Guy mashup. My expression here is one out of amazement followed by hey, I probably know that guy. Later, of course, I found out I was right that No Face Shy Guy was my IG friend. I don’t think I ever posted my Halloween costume #tbt I went around as link from BotW in his Phantom Ganon outfit. In addition to the armor, the most fun part was making the mask. Super light and menacing-looking, no? This was one of the first times I also incorporated layered resin work into a cosplay.
