The snow was falling gently, draping the world in a blanket of white beauty. You and Sunghoon had always been best friends, but beneath all of the friendly playful banter and laughter, there always had been something more. There was an unspoken secret.

On this particular winter morning you both found yourselves in a quiet, secluded park, that was far away from the usual bustling city you spent your days in. The snow had always been both of your favourite thing about winter, so It was the perfect setting for both of your shared love of all the things that were snowy. With rosy cheeks and matching mittens on your hands, you set out to build the perfect snowmen.

As you rolled the first snowball, you both couldn't help but steal glances at each other. With each look both of your hearts fluttering more like the snowflakes that surrounded you. Sunghoon's laughter was like music to your ears and you were finding yourself caught up in the joy of the moment.

"Hey," he said, his voice filled with warmth, "I've always wanted to build a snowman with you."

You smiled, your heart skipping a beat. "Me too. It's like a dream come true."

You both worked side by side, shaping the snow into the vision of how the perfect snowman should look like. Both of your hands touched from time to time, as you pressed the snow together, sending shivers down your spine. You couldn’t help but wonder, if he felt the same way that you did.

As the snowmen took shape, you both exchanged playful jabs and laughter. The world around you both seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of you, sharing this magical moment.

Finally, your snowmen were complete, each with its own unique personality. Sunghoon's snowman had a mischievous twinkle in its coal eyes, while yours gave a friendly, welcoming smile.

You both sat down on a nearby bench to admire both of your hard work, the breath coming out of your mouth visible in the chilly air. The silence between you both was comfortable, but it was time to reveal your true feelings.

You turned to Sunghoon, heart pounding in your chest. "Sunghoon, there's something I've been meaning to tell you."

He looked at you, his eyes searching for yours. "What is it?"

Taking a deep breath, You confessed, "I... I've liked you for a long time. More than just a friend."

His eyes widened, and you closed your eyes for a second, fearing his answer. After a moment a soft smile played on his lips. "I was going to say the same thing. I've been wanting to tell you for ages."

Relief washed over you, and you felt a warmth that had nothing to do with the winter cold. "Really?"

Sunghoon nodded. "Really. I can't imagine my life without you and I would love to be more than just friends."

Tears swelled up in your eyes. "Sunghoon, I want that too. I've always wanted it."

With both of your feelings finally laid out, you both inched closer to each other. The snowflakes continued to fall around you both, like tiny blessings from the sky. Your gloved hands reached out, fingers interlocking, as you shared your first kiss.

The world around you both may have been cold and covered in snow, but in that moment, your love was warm and genuine. You both had confessed your feelings in the most enchanting of settings, and it marked the beginning of a beautiful love story, that would forever be tied to snowy days and the memory of building snowmen together.

BEST FRIEND -JUNGWON

It was a sunny summer day and you were spending it with your best friend Jungwon at the local park. The school year was approaching and both of you will be heading to different colleges soon. That meant you were not going to see each other as much as you did before, so you tried to spend as much time together as you could.

"Have you accomplished all the things you wanted to do this summer?" you asked Jungwon as you enjoyed the ice cream he got you a couple of minutes ago. Jungwon shrugged his shoulders, "If you mean working all summer with barely any free time then yes," he replied with a light laugh and you laughed with him. "What about you?" He asked the same question back to you with excitement in his eyes.

You sighed and looked down at your ice cream, "Well, I’m still thinking about the guy I met while working at the cafe. The one I told you about, Sunoo," you said, your voice filling with excitement at the sound of his name. What you didn’t notice was Jungwon's eyes dropping, clearly not being as happy with the mention as you.

"Do you like him?" he asked, trying to swallow the bad feeling in his chest. You hummed, continuing to eat your ice cream while a whirlwind of questions swirled in your mind. Jungwon opened his mouth, searching for the right words. "I mean, if you like him, you should confess. You've got nothing to lose," he encouraged you, not thinking about his own feelings for a moment.

"I think I will confess, but I'm not sure. Rejection is scary," you said, finishing your ice cream and putting it aside. Your phone suddenly beeped in your pocket, making you look at Jungwon questioningly. He shrugged, closing his eyes and letting the sun warm his face.

"Oh, shoot! I need to meet up with Sunoo in fifteen minutes," you exclaimed, after reading the message from Sunoo, realising you'd forgotten about your date.

"Relax, Y/N. It's not like he hasn't seen you without makeup," he lightly teased you, causing you to whine. "This isn't funny, Jungwon. I need to get ready."

You got up from the bench and hugged him quickly, collecting all of your stuff. "Let me know how your date with Sunoo goes," he said, giving you a playful smirk before parting ways with you. However, after turning around the smile quickly disappeared from his face.

He knew he had developed feelings for you for a while now. After all the experiences you had shared together, from middle school to high school he finally realised that he had always liked you. Even after you almost made him bald when you dyed his hair blond in the middle of the night.

He chuckled at the memory, tears welling up in his eyes and blurring his vision. But he couldn't let his own feelings get in the way. He couldn’t be so selfish after seeing you so happy.

By 7 PM, Jungwon was lying in his bed, raindrops tapping against his window and still no messages from you. He had asked you how your date went, but you hadn't replied yet. Just as he started to feel a bit anxious, his phone lit up with a message from you: "I'm in front of your house, come out!"

Jungwon facepalmed himself. You were indeed a bit crazy. He opened the door and saw you dancing in the rain, with your hoodie and cap on. Shaking his head and smiling a little at your cuteness, he was watching as smile never left your face.

"He said yes, he said yes!" you were chanting as you jumped up and down. Jungwon's eyes widened, hearing the news.

You pulled Jungwon's hand, urging him to come out. Reluctantly, he joined you and you both jumped together in the rain, not caring about getting wet. After a while you got tired and you both just stood there under the dark skies, rain soaking you both.

"How did you confess?" Curious, Jungwon asked. "I put a knife to his neck, you know," you replied with a playful tone, causing Jungwon to stop in his tracks. You laughed, "Just kidding. I asked if he liked me too, and that's how it went, " you continued.

Despite your lighthearted tone, Jungwon's face still showed concern. "Oh, I see. But if he ever hurts you, I'm going to hurt him like ten times more," he declared, locking his gaze onto you. You smiled sleepily and said, "Of course, Jungwon. I'm so grateful for you." You stepped closer and hugged him.

He hugged you back, tears streaming down his cheeks. They were tears of happiness.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH ( OCT 1 - OCT 31 )

As many people may know Breast Cancer Awareness month is fully everyday of this month, and i know it's not really common for the enha writers/community out here since most of y'all are quite young to get it, but that doesn't mean relative members don't have it and if they do i sincerely wish anyone who is struggling with this and that many people of different countries that live across the world are here for you and family members. I truly truly wish anyone who has dealt with the passing of anyone with breast cancer or someone with a active currency of this the best of luck and will always support anyone dealing with this.
