College?

So my parents are open to the idea of me going to school in Montana, because that's where my man is going to be stationed. I'm not sure what the best plan is for me. I really like the idea of that, but it's moving across country..have any of you ladies (or gents) done this? I'd love some input and advice on how to make my decision. Thank you!

When you feel closest to him.

I feel the closest to B when we talk about personal things, things that we only tell one another. I feel especially close to him when we talk about our feelings that we had for one another before we started dating. He makes me giggle and blush so bad when we talk about it, but it's adorable. Also, when we talk about getting married and having kids one day I feel really close to him. It's a great feeling that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me as I do with him.

Your favorite memory with him.

I honestly can't choose just one favorite. We've made so many memories over the past few years-even before dating-that I love. One being when we were at marching band camp (before we were dating) I was having a rough time, a girl in my cabin who was supposed to be my friend started a bunch of drama with me because I was always hanging out with B. Said girl always had our mutual friend by her side, wouldn't share her with anyone, so I found someone else to hang out with. That girl gave me a hard time, so B was there to talk to. Our last night there we had a two hour conversation, and we talked about a little of everything.

Upcoming plans you have together.

B graduates tech school on the fifteenth of this month, so we have stuff planned for once he arrives home. We want to go shopping, take my niece and nephew to the zoo, go to the lake, go mini golfing, and spend as much time as we can together. Also, he's taking me to my orientation for my college classes.

Things about them that bother you.

There isn't much that bothers me, but I am OCD about things, so when he messes with that I get very annoyed. Also, he tends to have bad grammar, and I can be a grammar Nazi...

Things that you both have in common.

We both play the trumpet, enjoy movies, don't like scary movies, don't like spiders. We both have really great personalities, we like the same genres of music, both from the same city and state, graduate(he graduated) from the same high school. Both of our favorite meals is meat and potatoes. We both have very large families. Ummmm...I'm sure there is a lot more!

What about his friends?

Where we both are from we have a lot of the same friends. We were both in band, and band kids tend to hang out with one another. But the friends of his that we didn't have in common I liked for the most part. The friends that he has made in the Air Force all seem really nice, and they aren't bad influences on him.

How often do you see one another?

The last time we saw each other was right before he left for BMT this past February. He graduates tech school the 15th of this month, and depending on how things go we'll be able to see each other in a couple of weeks! Fingers crossed!! After this though, we have no idea when we'll see each other again.

Ten things that you like about them.

He is super romantic.

He loves me for me, he didn't try and change anything about me when we started dating.

He is really cute, especially when it comes to gifts.

He makes me super happy.

He can read me like a book, even when we are texting. He always can sense when something is bothering me.

He takes care of me when I'm sick, even while he's away. He always googles home remedies and has me try them to make me feel better.

He never ceases to surprise me, whether he's away or at home.

He supports me in every thing that I do.

He knows how to make me feel better when I'm low.

The final thing just for this list is that I love about him is how he sees our future together. He plans to marry me one day, and we talk about that stuff all of the time. <3

Why is your relationship so different than others?

To me our relationship is so much different than others, especially ones around where we are both from, is we were best friends before we were dating. I took a trip to Alaska, and he was the last person I saw before I left, I wanted it that way. What makes our relationship different from others now is we don't over do the PDA, we're making the long distance work, and we can tell each other everything. Our relationship was built on the foundation of a friendship, which I think is key.

What does his/her family think of you?

As far as I know his family loves me. He has two brothers, no sisters, so his brother's fiancée and myself are like the daughters and granddaughters of the family. His grandma on his dad's side absolutely loves us, the very first time I met her the first thing she did was hug me! And his parents are so nice, they really make me feel like a part of their family!

What do you think of their family?

I absolutely love B's family. They've always been so welcoming, especially his grandmother's and mother. His mom works in a local shop downtown and I pop in just to talk to her. :) And his two older brothers are so nice to me, I really feel like a part of his family!
