I sit on this box for almost 4 hours every Thursday and instruct the same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to many different bodies. I never get bored of what I do. I love every minute of it. I got to spend the holiday where it was 70 degrees and sunny! We went hiking at Snow Canyon State Park before dinner and I made my beautiful niece @aliviakunde climb up the rocks and pose for me!
