Forbidden love pt 2..

Angel is working in a strip club and has been for a while to be able to afford to live. She craves more for herself, and she might just get it..

You pull up your fishnet stockings and take one last look in the mirror, "I look good," you thought, but you always did look good, too good for this club. Your baby pink outfit shimmers under the artificial lights, and your eyes shine bright, you where ready for another night, but little did you know this would be the night that changed everything..

You hear your name being called out, it was your turn to take to the stage, you put on your lip gloss and made your way through the satin curtains, you scan the room as you strut your way to the pole, you grasp it with both hands and begin to wine your body around it in time to the music.

You where good at this, you where used to this but you craved something more. You looked at all the men, there eyes all over you, amazed by the way your body moved, all eger to see more, you felt empty that was until your eyes met with that handsome stranger..

He looked out of place, nervous, not the usual type to come into a club like this, he was dressed smartly, like he had just finished work and came from the city, you had seen him 3 times this week around outside, he had never come in before, you had noticed he always watched you from afar, just as you watched him too. His eyes where filled with hunger, different from all the other men you had seen in your time at the club, As you twirl your body round the pole you don't break eye contact, everyone else dissappears and he is all you see, you shake your body, letting the light bounce off your curves and straight into his hungry eyes, your seductively guide your hand up and down your body, making sure he takes everything in, you bite your lip and give him a smile, you mouth the words " wait there" as your performance comes to an end, he smiles as the men around you cheer and whistle and you make your way out to the floor to find him...

December 22, 1932 - The Mummy is released theatrically in the US.

Universal Studios released this horror film that was based on a story by Nina Wilcox Putnam and Richard Schayer. John L. Balderston  wrote the screenplay and Karl Freund served as director. It starred Boris Karloff, Zita Johann, David Manners, Edward Van Sloan and Arthur Byron.

This was Freund’s directorial debut in the US. He had previously worked as a cinematographer on several films that included Metropolis (1927) and Dracula (1931).
