Hello new followers, I am here to announce that I will try to be online more often. I have not been here because I am busy all the time but I need to slow down and actually take a break, feel free to send him messages and I will get them done ASAP. Also, I don’t have icons because I deleted the folder I had but I will make new icons when I am done with my studies. I hope my replies without icons are just as good like the ones I made with icons.

With bright eyes and a wide grin, the boy peeks over the counter top curiously. Eyeing the strange man for a moment. How did this odd child get in? Who knows. "Whatcha doing?"

Where did the voice come from? How this child did enter his shop? Why was he asking himself these two questions when he could answer him with a rhetorical question, ‘what do you think I am doing? What would an old man like me do in a creepy and dirty place like this?’ His lips were trembling and he couldn’t contain his laugh! He couldn’t comprehend where this child came from but his curiosity was quite interesting, ‘if you answer the question correctly, I will give you one of my delicious treats.’

‘What if I don’t want to?’ A demon begging for his life was as good as a play at the theater and the mortician was ready to let out a laugh! ‘No matter how much you beg, not matter how much you fight, you will die and you won’t do anything to prevent that.’ What a sad life to live in a world that you don’t even belong but the moment this beast disappears everything would be much simpler. ‘You don’t belong here and your butler act is really annoying, you are interfering with my plans and if I have to kill you in order for those plans to go through, I will do it right here without hesitation. A beast like you should not get a hold of a soul so precious like the little Earl’s, that soul has been tainted the day you proposed to make that contract with him but your days existing in this place are over.’

‘But of course! I need them for experimentation, you see I am trying to revive this person that was so dear to an old friend of mine.’ The eyes that resembled purity and curiosity, those eyes belonged to the precious little earl was alive. ‘This could be such a very pleasant present for his brother! I am sure he would be so happy to see the one he thought was dead.’

‘Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck two, the mouse said “BOO!” Hickory dickory dock.’ 

Lazarus spun around the little Earl and sung his favorite song! What a joy! To hear the child laugh and have a good time! 

‘Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck three, the mouse said “WHEE!” Hickory dickory dock.’

He finished his act and bowed to the only spectator in his shop, he felt delighted because he performed for the little Earl and the little Earl seemed truly happy for this unexpected show.

Lazarus would sing nursery rhymes to keep himself sane otherwise he would go crazy and do “weird” things like burying himself in a pot with salt, dissect bodies, experiment with bodies or just get lost and come back to his shop after months of being away.

Vincent Phantomhive was his name and he used to sing to his twins babes, he sung to them to keep them entertained and the babes really enjoyed.

Lazarus needed to be entertained and wanted the little Earl to sing with him, the nursery rhyme seemed appropriate to reminisce. 

The young boy laughs, giving a nod in the sheer excitement. Perhaps it had been too long ago or Ciel’s own obsessions didn’t remember it, but he had no idea his father would even sing to him and his twin when they were much younger. 

With his hands in a happy clap, he’d sing along joyfully with him to the nursery rhymes it seemed they both liked so much. Was this why he liked Undertaker so much? He just knew how to make things so much fun even if they were seen as ‘madness’ by others. 

‘Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck four, the mouse said “No more!” Hickory dickory dock.‘

Clap, clap, clap! Lazarus clapped along with the rhymes and giggled along with the little Earl. 

‘Let’s start all over again! From the top, 1, 2, 3! Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck one, the mouse ran down. Hickory dickory dock.‘

“I haven’t heard that song in so long!” Ciel steps into the room, clapping his hands together in simple joy. It’s rather entertaining to hear such sweet, at least to him, rhymes that he can still remember singing as though it was yesterday.
