if he hurts you, he hurts you. he already know how you dealt with things, and he dismissed it, dismissed your worried text and overthinking. sal, kalau dia emang sayang sama kamu he won't be saying those things, he won't say that out of anger just to hurt you. so stop making excuses for him. please. you don't deserve this.

Korean Entertainment Reporters Talking About BTS
(Subtitles available in Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. English subtitles are not totally correct, I’ll add a new version of English subtitles later. In the meantime, I have translated a few highlight points below.)
Update: Added English subtitles (choose English (United States) to turn on).
(The video features 2 Korean reporters, reporter Jung Hyung who is currently an entertainment reporter, and reporter Kim Hyung - a former entertainment reporter and is currently a movie reporter.)
1. Jung Hyung: “I interviewed BTS before and also after they became this popular, and recently I came to their concert too. At the press conference, Rap Monster said that they want to go on an US stadium tour next time, and they want to invite the reporters who have been watching their growth to the stadium.”
2. Jung Hyung: “I talked about this on our channel once before. There’s a really cute story which is, BTS couldn’t get first place on music shows for a while. So before they release ‘I Need You’ and ‘Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa’, they said it’s their wish to win first place on a music show. I asked them “If you win first place, is there anything you want from your agency?” and they answered that they want to have a foot bath massager. They said if they win first place this time, the company must buy them a foot bath massager. And after that BTS really won first place with the album.”
Donggun: “Did they get it?”
Jung Hyung: “They didn’t. But I guess they can buy one with their own money now.”
3. Jung Hyung: “BTS is one of the groups that make us happy as we interview them. Especially Rap Monster and Suga, these two talk about music a lot. It’s not easy to keep on talking about music when interviewing idol groups. Because idols overall are like works, their visuals, from top to toe. Normally there’s quite a lot of things to talk about besides music, so we don’t really talk about music much. But since BTS produce their own album and write their own songs, they really love talking about music.”
4. Jung Hyung: “There’s a thing that made me impressed. The recent press conference took place when BTS was caught in many issues, like the ‘Not Today’ lyrics controversy. They must have predicted that there would be questions for them, so they prepared this much A4-paper document. (3:09).”
Donggun: “Who? Which member?”
Jung Hyung: “Rap Monster.”
5. Kim Hyung: “Surprisingly, entertaiment reporters get boycott a lot too. Like we are asked not to ask this and that kind of questions even at press conferences. Or if they feel like a question will be asked, they avoid it and act according to the script. The MC would pass that question and the celebrity would use a prepared speech. Or they tell the reporters before the press conference. Even though BTS became world stars, they prepare so eagerly for questions that bring them disadvantages. It’s hard to see such case.”
6. Jung Hyung: “One of the reasons that BTS win favor from people in the industry and reporters is that they understand the relationship between celebrities and reporters are like partners. Some people think reporters attack them, but BTS understand and think of reporters as the ones who help them. With that kind of partnership, as they grow bigger and bigger, us reporters are proud too.”
7. Donggun: “Is there any group that can receive high praise for their personalities like BTS?”
Kim Hyung: “I don’t think there’s anyone like BTS. I mainly work with the movie field, so when I heard today’s topic is about BTS, I asked the music field reporters, BTS fans and my friends ‘Why do you like BTS?’. The first thing they replied was because BTS are kind. You know they are a group known for their performances, but the first thing people answered was that they’re kind and have good personalities. They said BTS are so pure that they can’t be called top stars, and that it’s their charming point.”

[Idol Maker] Bang Shi-hyuk CEO | A company that has 'meaning' as an enterprise, idols that are 'different' than idols
[Translator’s note: This article was published on July 1st, 2013. BTS debuted on June 12, 2013 for context.]
[Idol Maker] Bang Shi-hyuk CEO | A company that has ‘meaning’ as an enterprise, idols that are 'different’ than idols
Date and Time: Monday July 1st, 2013
Place: Big Hit Office in Sinsa-dong
Questions: Cha Woo-jin [email protected] Choi Min-woo [email protected]
Organization [of interview]: Lee Da-hye [email protected]
Photos: Lee Seung-hee (Studio103)
When one says that idols are a core industry of Korean pop, it is inevitable that the manpower and organization around those idols becomes important. [weiv]’s 'Idol Maker’ feature was planned with the goal of observing the increasingly complex and specialized context of the industry through in-depth interviews. First up is BTS and Big Hit Entertainment’s core manpower. We plan to add more interviews as the opportunity arises. | [weiv]
Cha Woo-jin: On your desk you have the book “The CEO’s path” [1]? I see that book differently now that I’ve heard that starting with BTS you’ve been hands off with producing. Up until now the main of the company that is Big Hit was Bang Shi-hyuk producer, but I’m curious about the circumstances around leaving full authority to Pdogg and stepping back.
Bang Shi-hyuk: First of all, I haven’t read that book entirely. I bought it because I was curious about what sorts of things a CEO should do. I’ve always said while appearing on TV and promoting the Big Hit brand and to my employees that a day will come when I lose my touch/sense for things, and if you only believed in Bang Shi-hyuk and moved along, at that point what exactly would our company have accomplished, wouldn’t we have just expanded an extension of Bang Shi-hyuk- I’ve said many things like this. So we’ve systemized, and we’ve practiced running the company with music that isn’t mine but someone else’s but… to just say the conclusion of this, I think we’re still in the transition period. We’ve failed at a lot of things while creating our system, but the biggest reason is me. There was a lot of trial and error. After monitoring a song, even if my song is the best and we use it, the moment we use that song as a title track the reason for existence for the songwriters that are a part of Big Hit fades away. On top of that, I’m not a very affectionate person so if I critique an one’s output coldly and harshly then the songwriters will receive injury. I think this sort of situation was repeated.
Even with that, a system must be constructed so I think that in the long range, three years, in the short range about a year and half can be considered a period of practice. And if it wasn’t for BTS, I think there is a higher possibility that we would still be in a period of practice.
Cha Woo-jin: Can you explain this 'practice’ more explicitly?
Bang Shi-hyuk: There’s management and also music. Music-wise, even with 2AM’s album I’ve reduced my share, and also with GLAM I’ve been standing at an angle from the core. Management-wise, for BTS there hasn’t been a result yet, but I think I’ve basically achieved everything I set out to. Above all, the employees have an attachment to the team. What I’m saying is that they’ve personally raised them. And that it’s been a long time since moving forward with a male idol [group]. These two things creating a great deal of energy to fuel self-growth. To be honest, owners will talk about loyalty/love towards the company, but you can’t forcefully grow that loyalty. When the employees like the output, because they like the project that they are a part of, that love and loyalty is created.
There’s something that they feel satisfied with system-wise as well. Lately I barely 'confirm’ things. This is because the person in charge is doing well. Music-wise, the individual [word used here is 'friend’] known as Pdogg has his independent opinions about hip-hop. And through doing all sorts of unpleasant work at Big Hit and through fighting with me, he has, if you see it largely, an ambition, and if you view it simply, a wish or hope about a BTS that he wants to create. And the members pick up on that and contribute in training and in every process.
And with developing new artists, I was one of the people who participated in 'new artist development’ when it was first formed in Korea, and I encountered a lot of 'know-hows’ from my period at JYP as well. But even with that, that methodology and the talent that Bang Shi-hyuk wants to develop is a different problem. And even organizing those thoughts took many years. Actually you can say that my philosophy and worldview is instilled in BTS. First if you hate music you are unconditionally disqualified, and BTS are kids who do music relentlessly.
For reference, we don’t control the kids at the company. We don’t take away their phones or create a curfew. Do everything you want, but if you don’t develop and grow, leave. We don’t coercively give lessons either. If they bring their homework, we only critique based on that. If these kids [the word here again is friend, it’s a way to refer to someone younger than you] bring choreography that they created, then we talk about what’s good or bad about it. Locking up someone who doesn’t have the will to do it voluntarily and teaching them for 12 hours, I hate that sort of thing.
Cha Woo-jin: It seems that you treat these kids [friends] as adults.
