BTS, new album will be released worldwide today (18th)…A comeback that the world is paying attention to

BTS will be releasing their third full album, LOVE YOURSELF 轉 ‘Tear,’  worldwide today (18th) at 6PM [KST] through music sites.

LOVE YOURSELF 轉 ‘Tear’ is about the end of a love in which you wore a mask, an album that expresses the pain and sense of loss of a breakup. Including the title track ‘FAKE LOVE,’ there is a total of 11 songs.

Through the emo hiphop genre that evokes a mysterious gloominess with a grunge rock guitar sound and a groovy trap beat, ‘FAKE LOVE’ is about realizing that the love that you thought was destiny was just a lie. Through the BTS’ unique lyrics and sound that contains the emotions of breakup, you can feel a sad energy.

In this album as well, BTS truthfully unravels their own worries and stories. ‘Airplane pt.2,’ an extension of J-Hope’s mixtape track ‘Airplane,’ contains the true emotions that the members felt as they went across the entire world. Referring the image of the world’s weakest hero ‘Anpanman,’ through ‘Anpanman’ BTS tells of the hope and energy that they wish to convey to people through their music and performances.

Specifically, the fan song that Jungkook produced, ‘Magic Shop,’ ‘Love Maze’ that contains the hope that [BTS] and ARMY, who are always sending unchanged love to BTS, will not miss each other in the maze, and expanding on his New Year’s greeting to their fans, “Even if you don’t have any dreams, it’s okay,” ‘Paradise’ made by Suga, are also included in the album.  Beyond these songs are Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook’s unit song, ‘Undelivered Truth,’ in which Steve Aoki, who synced [with BTS] through ‘MIC Drop Remix,’ participated in, ‘134340’ [which features] BTS’ signature analogue sound, ‘So What’ which induces dance through its EDM genre, and ‘Intro: Singularity’ which shows off V’s vocal charm are also in this album.

Closing the album, through ‘Outro: Tear,’ a hip-hop song that samples the main theme music of LOVE YOURSELF Highlight Reel ‘轉,’ RM, Suga, and J-Hope’s powerful rapping stands out.

On the other hand, today (18th) at 4pm (KST) in Los Angeles, BTS will hold their V LIVE ‘COMEBACK PREVIEW SHOW BANGTAN NEWS in LA.’
