insane how in a lot of places theyre more vegan/vegetarian friendly than ACTUAL allergen friendly. ive been to so many restaurants that have 20 vegan options and 2 gluten free options???? you chose that diet, i could get seriously unwell if i dont eat this diet???

and i swear vegans/vegetarians are always the ones complaining about a lack of food or whatever. like no cassandra its not fair that they have minimal food for your diet but you CHOSE IT and i have even less options??? i dont get angry with people when they dont have options for me, i just deal with it.

like in theory, i would be a vegetarian because I don't like unethical meat consumption and its hard to tell sometimes. but i have coeliac disease, a potential eating disorder, sensory issues AND im fussy. my diet would be crazy limited if i went veggie. i am DEFINITELY not going vegan because it just gets irrational. but just no. vegans and vegetarians do not get it worse than people who are at risk of DEATH shut the fuck up
