This was put perfectly. Not just polyamory, or even romantic relationships. Everything is dependent on our situation, history, rapport, so hypotheticals looking for blanket  advice or how I’d approach a situation are shaky at best.
i've seen you talk about finding a serious relationship and i'm curious to know (if you don't mind sharing) what your boundaries and necessities are in a relationship. are you the type of person that has to find someone open to you fucking other women while y'all are together? i can't see you being ~*polyamorous*~ because i think you'd be too drained by the time that gets consumed juggling emotions and communication with multiple women.
This topic has been discussed in my last couple of situations.
In one instance, it was something we were both open to but we never explored it in practice. In the other instance, we both saw other people.
I don’t need or require a polyamorous relationship but I’m open to it if it makes sense. It doesn’t make sense in every situation.
My relationship and my bond and my chemistry with one woman can be completely different than my relationship and bond with another woman.
A puzzle piece has 4 sides, and you may fit together with one person on one side, but fit together with another person on a completely different side of yourself.
My needs/wants/desires with Woman A are not the same as my needs/wants/desires with Woman B. Because the way our elements mix together create a totally different chemical reaction.
I promise I’m not being #FakeDeep
This is just how I approach relationships

I mean they don’t seem to be able to love us just the way we are. They don’t seem to be able to love us unless they can keep changing us a little bit. They love their reasons for loving us almost as much as they love us, and most of the time more. It’s not so good, that way.

It just seemed that everything would be the same forever and ever at that point. And then of course it isn’t. One learns this gradually and then suddenly.

One minute she’s perversely insisting on her ordinariness; the next she’s gleefully leading with her idiosyncrasies, as if she figured out long ago that the deliberate cultivation of oddness is the key to endearing yourself to a potentially hostile world

"I suffered so much on account of her that many times I was on the verge of suicide. Yet even if I had known beforehand everything that was to happen to me later, I would still have hastened to her side."
"Naturally," Bruno thought. Moreover, what other man, whether a mere youngster or a mature adult, foolish or wise, would not have done the same thing?

Every legend, moreover, contains its residuum of truth, and the root function of language is to control the universe by describing it.

I came to America because I heard the streets were paved with gold. When I got here, I found out three things. First, the streets weren't paved with gold. Second, they weren't paved at all. And third, I was expected to pave them.

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny ... it is the light that guides your way

It’s a relieving feeling after it’s done, when you sit back and listen to what you created. I’m just happy if people are as excited about hearing it as I was when I created it.

But one thing I’ve learned these last four years that possibly Solomon has not: All of our accomplishments are few. All of our accomplishments are minor: my scribblings, his book, the best lines of the best living poets. We embroider away at our tiny tatters of insight as though the world hung on them, when it is chiefly we ourselves who hang on them. Often a dog or cat with none of our advanced skills can offer more comfort to our neighbor than we can. (Think: Would you rather live with Shakespeare or a cute puppy?) Each of us has the ability to give only a little bit of joy to those around us. I would wager Eurydice gives as much as any person alive.
