if anyone cares abt my Mental Breakdown Updates (tm) i am now on different antidepressants to the ones ive had before + have come back home so i stay sober 👍 am currently sad but no longer the saddest i have ever been

#also not feeling like reality is falling out from under me as much yay for sleep and food and a cat and sobriety #also im on fluoxetine now. havent been on meds since sertraline fucked me up in aprilish #but hopefully this is better #rambles #idk if any1 cares just feel like i shld say im not lichrally on the brink anymore lmao #first day i came home i didnt leave my bed except to pee. second day i played video games w my brother. 3rd left house had meal w family #baby steps
