8) Raindrops, a singed teddybear, a photograph so worn it feels like fabric 

9) Sleeping until midday, a stolen item of jewelry, a drug laced with poison 

10) Lightning strikes, gunshots, roses

RFA Patronuses

@married-to-a-diabolik-lover and I were discussing what kind of patronuses the RFA would have it they were wizards and this is the list we came up with.  This is just a list of what we think would suit the characters most so if anyone has different opinions let me know!  ^^ (and I’m sure @cattestfanciest will disagree with me anyway)

Yoosung: Blue Jay

Blue Jays look really small and cute and pretty but they can pack a powerful punch

Seriously, have you ever tried to fight a bird?  They will kill you and then look adorable afterwards

Just like a certian Sunshins Child with a yandere side

Blue Jays represent faithfulness, intelligence, determination, and high energy

Yoosung was probably the first RFA member to conjure a corporeal patronus 

Zen: Swan

This boy totally has a swan 

They’re beautiful

They’re strong

A swan will fuck you up (see “fighting a bird” above)

Incredibly loyal birbs  And proud birbs

Also huge symbols of romance! And we all know how much of a romantic Zen is

Zen learned how to conjure his patronus after Yoosung and Jumin

He’s super proud of it

Jaehee: Beaver

Beavers are so hardworking

Have you seen a beaver dam?  That takes effort

Beavers can literally change ecosystems because for their dams and if that doesn’t sound like Jaehee’s hardworking power than I don’t know what does

They’re also really cute and fuzzy!  I really like the idea of Jaehee’s having a cute patronus that can still kick tons of butt

Like Hermione this is probably one of the few spells she had a hard time mastering

But after she did she would use it all the time

Jumin: Black Panther

Yes it’s a cat

It’s the king of the friggen jungle

Panthers are elegant, powerful, and they have this air of mystery about them

Which is perfect for Jumin, he’s always a little mysterious *coughgayrumorcough*

Jumin learned how to conjure his partonus before Zen did, which pisses him off

Seven: Labrador Retriever

Labs are incredibly loyal.  They’re also really smart dogs with playful sides 

Also seing eye dogs.  I mena it’s not like Seven helps out certina blind persons or anything…

Seven was so upset his patronus wasn’t a cat he cried

But then he fell in love with his big doggy protector and never looked back

Also means unconditional acceptance.  No matter who the MC is Seven will love and accept them

Was the last RFA member to learn how to summon a patronus.  It was really, really hard for him

Unknown/Saeran

Can’t summon a corporeal patronus

oh god I’m so sorry

V: Border Collie

Border Collies are RIDICULOUSLY loyal

Like so loyal they’ll die to protect what they love

Herding dogs!  They try to guide whatever they’re herding to safety

He used to be really good at conjuring a partonus until Rika died.  Now he can only conjure a non-corporeal one. And it never lasts very long

Anon-Chan…This is GENIUS! On the old Pottermore website’s welcome page for Slytherins, it says here that

“For instance, we Slytherins look after our own – which is more than you can say for Ravenclaw. Apart from being the biggest bunch of swots you ever met, Ravenclaws are famous for clambering over each other to get good marks, whereas we Slytherins are brothers.”

So basically, a more ambitious, able to look out for their friends, slightly cunning Ravenclaw? Sure! [Sounds kinda like me >.

I think they start out as frenemies or something

They have gotten in trouble before because Saeyoung tries to escape by any possible means and that includes setting things on fire. He argues he doesn't need to study anyway but the others have him stay so he can help Yoosung or others out. It works... Sometimes.

OWLs are quickly approaching. V, being the ultimate “mum friend” of the group, decides that he should rile everyone up and have a study session on a daily basis at the library. Jumin and Jaehee agrees, and soon the three of them start getting everyone to go to the library. The kiddos all comply, well, most of them. One kid in particular, he’s the troublemaker. At this point, you’d think that Zen would be the one avoiding the studying, not Saeyoung, but nope. It’s Saeyoung. Saeyoung does not want to attend the group study sessions! Cue facepalming Saeran here.

I swear, the things that he has done to get away from it. It starts off small, like “Nah, I can’t attend today, V, I got Quidditch training,” and gradually gets bigger. Soon, it gets to, “MC needs to go to the hospital wing, she broke her ankle today!” after which MC just struts right in, of course. Saeyoung has done anything and everything to avoid study sessions; interrupting Professor Slughorn’s potions class for a vial of “Draught of Living Death”, which he uses to burn a hole right through the door of the library. He went to the Defense Against the Dark Arts’ classroom as well, releasing all the cornish pixies which were leftover from Mr. Lockhart’s class while he was still teaching in Hogwarts [Why are they still there?!]. On another day, Saeyoung brewed his own polyjuice potion to make himself appear as Yoosung for the entire day, causing the group study session to come to a halt, due to the confusion. Oh, did I mention that he also attempted to set the restricted section on fire too? Luckily, the Hogwarts library is fireproof, or else the entire place would have burnt down completely.

The rest of the group grew tired of his antics, and just really wants to study. The problem is, they really can’t do it without him, no one, not even Jaehee, is as good as explaining concepts as Saeyoung, and that can really help Zen and Yoosung out. [Not that Zen really minds anyways, all he really cares about is Quidditch and illegal off campus broom racing.] Jaehee tries, she really does, but she can’t seem to curb herself from using all the technical terms, while Saeyoung easily converts all of the textbook knowledge into layman terms.

Most of the time, they manage to get Saeyoung to teach the children, and bless them with GodSeven’s knowledge and wisdom. In the rare occasion, however, he manages to slip away. Ahhh, sweet freedom! Lololol no uhm. MC and Rika’s relationship is a lot like Draco and Harry’s, I’d like to think. Sure, they hate each other’s guts while in school, but after “Secret End” part of the story, I feel like they’d be on neutral terms with each other.

They probs will never see each other under willing circumstances again too, save the bringing kiddos to the train part. 

in Hogwarts, MC knows of her at first, but then as things unfolds, she avoids interaction at all costs

I mean, sure, we first have little pupper Yoosung talking all about her and how great she was until she got taken away by the Death Eaters, but then as the story carries on, MC knows of what she has done and will shy away from her

*MC used pupper dog eyes. IT’S SUPER EFFECTIVE!*

I swear, if you buy Saeran some candy off the cart in the Hogwarts Express, you’ll get a once in a lifetime experience to see his stunned expression, a nice change from his normal brooding self
