Interesting Bug in Google Sitemaps

If you submit your sitemap using a sitemapindex xmlns (an xml file which tells Google where your sitemaps are), your video sitemap will have a missing url tag error and videos are not indexed.

If you submit the same video sitemap separately, your videos are included in the index.
