Okay so like. The Curator took one look at Stanley and the Narrator and completely summarized their whole dynamic in six sentences. The Curator has a higher awareness and more power than the Narrator. The Curator has in my mind definitely watched the in-universe Half Life VR AI streams and would call out Gordon and Benrey's whole thing do you get me

THE NARRATOR WOULD ABSOLUTELY ARGUE WITH GORDON ABOUT IT AND STANLEY WOULD DROP A TAKE THATS SO WILD ITD SHUT THEM BOTH UP. Like I'm imagining one of the few times stanley signs, it's to sign "Chuck E Cheese is a Casino for children" and then walks away

HELPPPPP HE WOULD FUCKING DO THAT. Gordon and the Narrator immediately unite in trying to argue that that's fucking stupid and Benrey is egging both of them on by being the most annoying ever and none of them notice what ending Stanley's going for until the whole facility explodes

I feel like if he had it Stanley wouldn't use Sweet Voice much unless it was to be annoying, since the Narrator can read Sweet Voice, and so that would give the Narrator the ability to actually know what Stanley's thinking. And if there is one thing Stanley is, it's that he is stubborn as shit and determined to NOT let the Narrator know what he's thinking EVER.
