Empire furniture + Marie-Antoinette Merdienne set

Hi ! It's been a long time I haven't posted anything.

To be honnest, I have not been a lot into the sims those last months. But as I teased you with some creations I haven't shared, I decided to do it now :)

So this time, this set is a mix of empire objects and the seats I created inspired by Marie-Antoinette Meridienne Cabinet in Versailles ...

Includes 6 Boulle marquetry cabinets or desk based on those made by André-Charles Boulle or Nicolas Sageot between 1690 and 1710. Each of the items features 5 swatches based on exiting historical variations. 

The Louis XIV bust featured in the video as well as the other busts are by @thejim07

The folding stools aren't included in this set but will be in my next one.

Important : you will have to follow this tutorial to get decent quality textures on any of my sets.

Linzlu's Beds - Updated

Since @linzlu's taking a hiatus, I thought I'd go ahead and update these two beds to be compatible with High School Years. On the left is from the 1920 Bedroom set and on the right is from the Samantha Collection. I only changed the mattresses, as they are what have the bed functionality. If Linzlu decides to update these later on, I will be happy to remove them.

**Both items originally came from merged packages so they won't replace files when you add them to your mods folder. Please make sure you are using the mattresses with pancreas in the name and description.**

My apologies if someone else has already done this, but I did not see it posted anywhere.

Various Ceilings new Mesh NOW AVAILABLE in my clutter CC file below. sometimes plain white ceilings can become very boring. I have therefore started working on vaulted ceilings with many various swatches to give character to your rooms.

 The ceilings will fit a room size of 8x10, 8x12 & 8x8. They are vaulted ceilings so it will be best to remove the ceiling above the room you are placing them to avoid clipping against the original in game ceiling.

Phone to Notebook Replacement Mod

I’ve been watching a small Youtube simmer called Mitsomina and have been really enjoying her videos. She does a Medieval Let’s Play and has been running into a issue with sims pulling their phones out. So this is a quick fix if you don’t want phones in your sim’s Game.

700s Follower Gift | The Victorian Books

Happy Holidays Simmers! This is a project I’ve been working on for my holiday week off. I had a need to use books in my Pride Legacy so I said, Why not create a replacement?.

The recolors are editions of real Victorian book covers, ranging from 1837 to the Art Nouveau style. The interior sheets were also edited according to the book

There are a total of 83 diferent textures replaced.

The Country Living, Snowy Scape, Realm of Magic and Vampires books are still the same.

This does'nt change the books on the standards in book stores.

Keep in mind that this is a default replacement so it will conflict with any other files that replace the book textures.

Homework books don’t change, but they’re compatible with Historical Homework Defaults from @kat-simss, which are the ones I use

Do your historical sims need to take care of certain needs, but constantly find themselves being confronted with ahistoric methods of doing so? Sooth their minds with this: a close stool! From the middle ages to the dawn of indoor plumbing, close stools give sims a comfortable way to do their business. This particular model even comes with a ghostly servant who disposes of the contents with a whoosh. The hinges are stuck in the open position however, no matter that your sims try to close The Naughtical Necessary every time.
