I feel like Transgender Day of Visability (March 31) is going to get overlooked this year considering the circumstances. I’d like every trans and nonbinary person who sees this to know I am proud of you for existing. Just because we’re in the middle of a pandemic doesn’t mean you were forgotten. :)

regarding my venom post..... he was lowkey into it until mac bit him and sent him to physical therapy for months after danny & strange helped heal a portion of the damage done to his shoulder & arm.

he doesn’t listen to his partner in the way hearing people listen in the bedroom. he physically can’t. instead he relies on vibrations, which often means clint has his hand around his partner’s throat if they’re okay with that during sex. if it’s not his hand, it’s his lips. if not his lips, his cheek as he leaves hickeys on his partner’s shoulders. he doesn’t always like relying on his lips or cheek to feel those vibrations because he also really loves being able to watch his partner’s face to see their expressions. that coupled with the vibrations beneath his palm paints the clearest picture of how he’s doing if his partner doesn’t know how to sign.

not to be too detailed or anything but.... someone in a position of authority, telling him what to do in the bedroom or telling him he looks pretty on his knees? makes clint’s Weak.

for anyone interested in how this growth came about, i was talking to pher / nolaroots about how clint makes pasha practice signing while they fuck and being like “sign back or i’ll stop”

                  clint remains still. he lets yelena’s fingers trace over the uneven crescent, tries to lose himself in the pattern of wood grain. he focuses on breathing evenly, and he attempts to count to ten in his head. at four, the archer gently moves his arm away from yelena’s cold fingers. he can’t take it anymore. lifting those blue and brown eyes back up to yelena’s face, he offers her a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes. 

                  “she bit me,” clint signs to her. he wonders, briefly, if natasha had told her the story. of how his eyes had been one ethereal blue, how he’d been a puppet for a homicidal gcd, how he’d tried to murder his best friend as the helicarrier fell from the sky. no... she wouldn’t. that was something she’d helped him bury.  “natasha bit me. rest of the bite is on the other side.”
