140lb gain in the same year is crazy. I really can’t control myself anymore. I’ll always get fat again no matter how many times I lose weight… I think I should just give in and just keep getting fatter.

btw if anyone has experience with gaining muscle And fat (?) or dirty bulking (?) i would love to hear your experience or advice ! def need to work on my upper body strength after top surgery to avoid any potential nerve damage, and rebuild my mobility, but also want to continue growing during the process. 🙂‍↕️

my top surgery preop consult is in 37 days! if anyone is interested in/able to donate to help me save up for the recovery period, that would be a massive help! i have to take 6 weeks off of work for the recovery. i also recently transferred job locations and have taken a significant and unexpected pay cut in Jan- was originally planning to be able to save a couple grand before my time off and am now barely able to pay my bills. 😅 So anything definitely helps and all donations would be going directly to my bills and medical supplies for recovery!
