to-do list: february
remind yourself that youâre worthy of love. over and over and over again. practice self love wherever you can. appreciate your body, your mind, and your soul;Â youâre not a burden, neither to yourself nor to others.
be considerate. people might be hurting without telling you. if you notice something, try your best to give them a comfort space and offer a listening ear without pressuring them into sharing anything they donât want to say.
take care of your physical health. fix your sleeping schedule. drink five cups of water a day, if not more. eat healthy. take some time to stretch, even to work out. moisturise your skin. your body needs it.
read more. pick up that book youâve abandoned months ago. keep a reading log. learn your favourite poems by heart. open up conversations, with anyone whoâs willing to listen, about whatever youâre currently reading.
try to keep yourself motivated; especially about your passions or your dreams, things that are important to your life. itâs normal to have doubts. but remember why you started. remember the first time you acted on your passions, how inspired you were, how happy. always keep that feeling in mind.
