You know little Jinx was in that office 24/7 while Silco was trying to conduct business. Sevika, the Chem Barons and anyone else forced to ignore this 9 yr old running around being a menace and entertaining herself in the background in the middle of meetings while Silco acted like nothing whatsoever was happening over there.

They built that spot in the rafters for her as a compromise.
