Hate or love Lilith Sorrengail, you cannot deny that she is really similar to Xaden.

Both of them can do anything to protect their loved ones (especially Violet), and they do protect them in their own fucked up ways. For the two of them, there is no difference in keeping someone alive and keeping someone safe.

Both of them have done questionable shit, have hurt who they loved in the process, but do not regret it, because they kept the person alive after everything.

As a countdown to Onyx Storm’s release date, I’ve decided to post my favorite quotes, one per day, in no particular order.

Lilith Sorrengail is the hardest of hardasses to her children for the majority of her on-screen time, so I love the little moments where her respect for them shines through, even if it’s the barest hint. Like in this moment early on in FW.

Something hilarious to me about the deal Xaden had with Lilith is that we only know of it through Violet's pov, which means that the details are provided by either a vague and unreliable source (Xaden) or an even vaguer and more unreliable source (Lilith)

Andarna cares for Violet to the point of breaking rules and at the expense of her own well being! Tairn is already extremely protective, but Andarna is aggressively so. I love my girl Andarna so fucking much, she slays!
