Happy holidays everyone! I tried to draw in the Cookie Run style this year. Don't ask me what types of cookies the characters are. I have only some idea that Hunter's probably a rock candy cookie. And Holly's well a hollyberry cookie. Jack is a fudge-like cookie. Marleen is a mint chocolate? and Saragona strawberry? Yeah, I didn't have any ideas for what cookie types they would be. People can suggest their own ideas.

Hunter is taking his friends on adventures. To see what they can get to billed up their little town of cookies. They all might be different but working together on this feels fun. But the strange thing is they feel like they know each other. That's weird… But Hunter and the others don't think about it much.

But they are cute, right! I did my best since I hadn't drawn in this style before. And I don't know a whole lot about Cookie Run, besides some characters that show up on my dash. I hope you guys like this gift for this holiday season.

P.s. In this version of these characters. A lot of their pain is lessened or gone. Their cookie was made the way they look. Nothing changed them to look like this.

ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!

As mentioned before, I will possibly no longer be participating in Nutcracker Month due to my upcoming college schedule (who knows) but that doesn't mean I'm still not going to do stuff Nutcracker related.

That being said, if you guys have been around when TN&TSB was on Tapas and was a modern-day adaptation, then this will be a shocker for you all. Over the past couple of weeks, I have updated TN&TSB into an 80s adaptation and it's sad to say that I am not going to update the Tapas rendition for that will now be an archive for what once was.

Now hopefully soon, the story will be self-published in its own book! I am really excited to work on this story further because even though I had my backtracks and settlements with past peers, I have learned to overcome my past and to move on forward with my life.

So stay tuned for updates! And if those who are asking about the Alice adaptation and the other stuff that I want to start planning forward for, those are still coming into fruition.

Alice is one of the many stories I will not throw away because I feel like showcasing my version in a different perspective; I would like people to feel the nostalgia along with the relatable themes that each story will give from romance, acceptance, curiosity, sacrifice and even family.

Other than that, I am also going to announce a side project soon with a pal of mine so stay tuned for that!

I did more Nutcracker Month Prompt sketches! So let's start off with #2: Telling Friends!

Meet Marleen's pal, Jennifer Chau! They have been best friends since the late 60s - early 70s. Jennifer is an important character in TN&TSB.

Marleen is looking through outfit choices and Saragona can't really wear anything in a way- BUT LOOK WHO ARRIVES TO HELP!

Meet Snowy!

He's the newest character to The Nutcracker and The Silver Bell. He'll be first seen after Marleen enters the Land of Dolls.

Some random sketches I did of Saragona, Marleen and their future children. They are like a full 1980s - 1990s family!

Ottoman (or Otto) is the oldest, Gertrude is kinda the middle child and then there are the terrible toddler twins: Martha and John.

EXCERPT FROM FIRST DRAFT

Marleen couldn't hold on and soon she was down on her knees, dropping the nutcracker on the floor. The coughing grew aggressively to where she couldn't even breathe for a second. Blood dripped from her mouth and the drop landed on the nutcracker. "Mister Nutcracker, " she worried, "I'm so sorry!" The coughing continued, along with the dripping of blood. Indeed it was only 2 days since she had gotten her appendix removed but even then, it took a massive toll on her. The doctor told her to take it easy but she didn't want to in the fear that something was lurking in the shadows, ready to kill her.

She tried standing on her two feet before plopping herself back onto her bed. She placed her hand on where the scarring was; it was still dreadful. The nutcracker, if alive, could see the pain and fear in her eyes. Marleen curled into a ball, trying to keep warm but even that was a frutal decision. She held the nutcracker close to her as she dozed off. "Good Night, Nutcracker.." She spoke softly before closing her eyes.

That night, poor Marleen couldn't even keep a singular eye closed, the pain was so unbearing that she had no choice but to go get the painkillers that were in the living room. She got up from the bed slowly, holding one end of the bed as she tried to stand up but once more, the coughing kept her down.

Look a gift. that i even made with no crunch time. you would be shocked at how many gifts I make with little time. I hope you like it Highfly. I did my best to make this for you. This is a scene from the comic me and them are making. it's called FRACKSHER SHOCK. and this is how I keep picturing Saragona's transformation into his true elemental form would look like. People who come to Vltoast /vōl-tōst/ -Cole's/Hunter's world- would gain or empower their magic element. Making them Elementalists - what I used to call casters.-. Saragona finds out in the story he can cast fire. His fire envelops him and changes him into an Elementalist. And Marie is going through something similar. I hope Highfly likes seeing the scene come to life from this little comic we are working on.

this one is without the background sense I like his animation alone too.
