Nothing slapped my shit back into place like someone pointing out that the "genius gifted child with so much potential who got burnout and mental illness" is just the nerd equivalent to the jock "could have been a pro at sportsball if it wasn't for the injury".

Choleric poster: I still can't deal with all the toxic shippers in the Seinfeld fandom. I hope they die
Melancholic poster: you ever think about how you can't have the past back. its just like gone forever
Phlegmatic poster: There are definitely more than four kinds of posting online, but comparing it to humorism is pretty fun.
Sanguine poster: come with me to love world... they have Every toys there!

ykno the thing about poetry is that 99% of it is bullshit and the other 1% will cut you like a material knife, and for every person that 1% is a different section of the whole. this is probably true about all art.

Stu, let me ask you a question: how did you not realize until then that you had too many eggs? Nobody sells eggs in a big cloth-covered basket, so you must have done that yourself. That means you spent god-knows-how-long opening up twelve whole cartons of eggs, carefully placing each egg one-by-one inside a big basket, and then covering it with a big picnic cloth… and at no point- at no point- did you ever stop and think “gee, there might be TOO MANY FUCKING EGGS HERE”
You really have lost control of your life.

hi my name is anonymous asker, but you can call me anon. i'm a big fan of your posts and i couldn't help but notice in your latest one that you failed to clarify a couple points. one with good faith would fill these blanks, but as someone who values journalistic integrity i must ask if you actually support the act of launching the state of connecticut into the sun for fun?

I❤️❤️❤️think ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️wys ❤️teria a❤️❤️nd wyverns. I’d like to hear about it more yes.? If that’s alright with yiu?
wisteria and wyverns is a sci-fi dystopian future series that has been in the works since roughly 2021. the series takes place in an alternative timeline where earth never existed and the upbringing of this world was violently changed by the great titan Aethyerus, a massive dragon that coils itself around the world's core and sleeps as its blood seeps from its vein-like wings and poisons the earth to shape it in its image. the blood of the great titan eventually became what is now known as Ichorinite, a special kind of element that has a variety of facets and uses.
the world is named Nomatheaus, and after ages of development, three prominent sapient species dominate it: Primatheans (resembles that of humans), Khónepheris (shark people), and Capridonis (goat people). along with all being bipedal and sapient, they also maintain a certain level of control over a special ability granted by the ichorinite in their bodies, these are called Thauma-Types and can easily be described as mid tier restrictive superpowers. whatever classification their thauma-type is from depends on their inherited eye color, which range from a variety of bright colors.
getting that context out of the way, the series is largely about a group of people sabotaging the efforts of the Science Department of Improvement, which are particularly known for being responsible for the terrible advances meant to be used by the government and military. this rebellion initially starts from their abuse of capturing live test subjects from poverish parts of the city because its easier to make those cases go cold, especially considering that they have a hand with the police department. twins Ren and Rio attempt to investigate the temporary lab set up in their town as they watch one of their college classmates go missing, but it goes south once they're found and reported to Hiro Irida, a lead scientist in charge of a large sustainable energy project to counteract the energy crisis their country is dealing with.
learning that they are twins, hiro takes them to a special, secret, project that has yet to be approved not entirely caring if they survive it considering this isn't somewhere they should've been to begin with. the project in question is an attempt at figuring out how fusion between two living beings is possible. being as early as it is, the project doesn't have a success rate, but maybe this will change that and they can finally go forward with the project.
it succeeds.
now a fusion thrown into a conflict he didn't think possible, damien escapes (on accident) and gets tracked by other rebels and runaway experiments who welcome him into a new home, though things might never be the same and now he has a pretty damn good reason to look for revenge.
the main characters are damien (the fusion), paige (a designated leader of the rebellion), and jaybird (a runaway experiment with a murky past)
there is a lot of shit that happens in this story and I can assure you this barely gets into any of it at all, but I will mention that the fusion messed him up royally and incidentally created a really fucked up version of immortality.
