Minecraft mobs are the living entities in Minecraft - a short form for mobile, they can be cute, and sometimes encounter aggressive creatures in the numerous biomes of the blocky universe. They will interact and respond to you or other players, as well as other mobs, whether that's a creeper knocking at your door or a pig in the pen in your backyard.
Mobs in Minecraft are prone to the same environmental changes and physical effects that affect players. They can be attacked and killed with weapons, and after being killed drop resources and experience points, with mobs that attack dropping rare items occasionally.
In Creative mode, Minecraft mobs won't attack you. However, Survival and Hardcore modes allow for three behavioural categories which include hostile, neutral and passive. Mobs with utility, such as iron golem and snow golem, can be created to help you against hostile mobs. Mobs that trust you are not controlled but they can be interacting with. They include dolphins, ocelots, and even the adorable Minecraft Fox. Here's a list of the various monsters and mobs you can find in the vast Minecraft landscape.
Minecraft passive mobs
Minecraft passive mobs won't attack you and then flee when attacked. They are able to breed, so you'll be able to see infant animals within the same area. The majority of mobs that are passive can be controlled, if they're not already, like horses in Minecraft. Then there are the inhabitants of Minecraft villages, including traders and villagers. Other farmyard buddies can offer sources, including wool from cows or milk from sheep.

Minecraft neutral mobs
If you are at risk of being attacked, neutral mobs will attack you in Minecraft. This is useful when you are trying to gain item drops or XP. Certain mobs, like wolves are able to attack other mobs like sheep or rabbits. Llamas are more aggressive towards untamedwolves. Minecraft bees can be found in plains and forests of flowers or beehives which you can construct using wood planks and honeycomb. OUTGUESSING

Minecraft neutral monsters
Some of the Minecraft monsters in this category behave differently such as cave spiders becoming hostile when the light level drops below 10.

Minecraft hostile mobs
Hostile mobs in Minecraft are aggressive and dangerous and can attack you within a specific area, usually 16 blocks, without any obstruction. Some mobs are able to detect you as far as 100 blocks away. Flying mobs, like the Minecraft phantom or the Minecraft ender dragon, will appear over you and attempt to attack you. A boss mob is a special kind of threat that has greater detection range and more health; examples include the Minecraft dragon that enders you and the Minecraft wither.

If you want to be more prepared in fighting these vile mobs we have a Minecraft shield guide offers the best defense. And when you've harvested your phantom membranes as well as other mob ingredients you'll be able to brew all kinds of potions in Minecraft. If there aren't enough Minecraft mobs here for you, try adding more Minecraft mods or completely altering their appearance using Minecraft texture packs. Also, you can see the sniffer mob that is coming and camel mob in the Minecraft 1.20 update.
