In my mind, Tina and Louise were both equally in the wrong right up until Tina called Louise a brat. Maybe it's just because of how I grew up, I find the word "brat" to be like... horribly offensive and not at all comparable to being called "boring." The insult may be childish, but in my mind calling a child a brat is on the same level as calling a woman a whore-- its not just a petty insult, it's a whole defamation of character with very specific implications. I, as a whole adult, would rather be called a bitch or a cunt than a brat. I guess I didn't realize that the word "brat" doesn't carry the same implications to me as it does to most people lol
#nothing wrong with siding with tina#it was just shocking to see so many people agreeing with her and calling louise a brat too#bobs burgers

After watching this weeks episode of Bob’s Burger I wanted to come to this silly app and write something about how I miss when Bob’s Burger was just a silly little show and how I’m tired of crying my eyes out every other episode…
But it’s never been just a silly little show. It’s always had deep themes of working class struggle, love and family, its just that those themes have now taken the forefront and it’s so devastating but simultaneously healing to watch Bob and Linda and their kids explore what it means to be a family and be human and I wish I had this show when I was growing up cuz Tina would’ve been my inspiration in life. I mean this show was out when I was an awkward teen but instead of watching it I was brainrotting on Family Guy (the worst effing animated sitcom).
Anyway… if you’re part of a sister-sister duo, maybe skip this week’s episode? Or make sure to have some tissues ready? Cuz I cried a little and then called my baby sister to tell her I love her because I do and we’ve been through so much and we’ve had the exact same fights as both Linda/Gayle and Tina /Louise, and she just asked what I wanted and when I said nothing she didn’t believe me and hung up after saying she wasn’t getting me anything from the store, but I know she loves me too 🥲
