Hello,

Just a thought I believe that trans specifically male to female should be its own gender.

Here me out,

People tend to use groups that have been around for centuries to back being trans but here’s the thing these groups had a different name for these people than just male or female esp since they didn’t see gender as a binary which is due to colonialism. I said specifically male to female because there aren’t that many ftm examples except for Public universal friend from Quakers.But especially not whole groups but like if you were to go to Mexico the muxes won’t say they are Hembras or Machos they will say they are muxes when you ask their gender. Same thing in indigenous they won’t say they are male or female they will say they are two spirit. I know it sucks but something I have noticed in like a pattern is that when MTF (trigger warning) are killed in relationships where they are with men it’s a lot of times because they didn’t say they were trans and the guy later turned out to be a transphobe who angrily pulled out a weapon and attacked the woman .So as unfortunate as it may be I think it is best to find a way to find transphobes in their tracks because men have this strange tendency to see being taken as feminine as an attack on them and when a trans person dates them without them knowing they think that makes them 😱 GAY and that makes them do anything to beat the allegations and they get violent.So just my two cents that there should be a name for trans people to avoid violence later from transphobes who can’t get over the fact that being with a “guy” isn’t going to make them hated for the rest of their life.Although it is still true that murders and harassment still happen every group on the planet experiences discrimination Sekratas in Madagascar are subject to fear killings and Hijras and Muxes are subject to killing because of the surrounding cultures.
