I am sick of putting more into any type of relationship, and not receiving the same or even half of what I give... or am I just self-centered... Or maybe people think the same thing about me. Or do I expect too much of people?

This is a ramble of stuff currently going on in my life and is for future Stephanie to look at.

Today is 4/28/2021. I am 1/2 vaccinated (almost fully!) and will be starting my new nursing job which I have put off for a full year because of the state of America/world. I thought we would be in a better place but it just seems to get worse each day and I can't keep putting it off. It feels good to know I will be safer because of the vaccine but I am nervous.

I have started dieting and hoping to join the gym again especially being fully vaxed soon.. I have let my physical health decline and I have come to face my metal health issuees and once I get insurance I want to go to therapy. I feel like this is the 1st time I've ever looked at myself in such a serious light like I've never considered my emotions before.... but yeah.

My sisters husband and I got into a political fight and it seems to have estranged our family which feels terrible because we are so close with each other. I'm hoping things will go back to somewhat familiarity, and that was a year ago.

My dog Cooper is one of the best things in my life right now! Such a sweet boi!!! Here he is sitting in a laundry basket <3 Apperciate you for keeping me happy.

My mom and dad are somehow even worse. Tensions are high, my dad being an alcoholic we are trying interventions on him and he tries, but he doesn't realize how hard it is to stop. He needs professional help... but he will never admit to it. Hoping he will change.

My friends are wonderful and I feel bad for them because I think they are worse off mentally than me with pandemic and all their other stuff and I wish nothing but happiness for them. Makes me sad and angry to see them sad. Love you guys!

My hobbies right now include video games as usual especially ghost of tsushima and animal crossing. Buying shit for my non existent loft living idea in my head. Buying clothes, going outside and trying to get nature identifications with this app called seek, talking with my best friend on the phone and doing British and southern impressions. Playing with my dog. Trying to remember jokes for a tight 5 stand up set for never writing it down. studying Japanese, religiously watching frenimies/h3 podcast/ YouTube in general. reading fanfic and writing/wishing I would write more fanfic resin molding... and tons more.

Anyway I do love myself its just been a difficult year, and for many of us.
