I looked into Icelandic mythological monsters because I have nothing better to do with my life an found like 10+ Evil whales. (The Nauthveli is one) THEREFORE I have concluded Iceland does not like whales and is probably scared of them. He also probably loves to boat occasionally. *Scoots off screen*

Hello, so I have a request. How would the Nordics drive a car? Do they get road rage? Sorry it’s kind of a weird request ^_^

DEnmark: Surprisingly calm about other drivers, and doesn’t really react much. He often forgets to use his flashers though, and the others will give him hell for it when he does. He sometimes likes to scare his passengers sometimes by letting go of the wheel or slamming on the breaks, especially to piss off Norway. 

Norway: A decent driver, but he is often an ass rider when he finds someone is going too slow. Doesn’t have outbursts, but will mutter comments and  swears about other drivers under his breathe like “oh no please no need to use your flashersICANJUST GUESS” 

Iceland: Not at all, but he doesn’t really drive much. he prefers to be chauffeured

Finland:EXTREME ROAD RAGE. Needs warning signs on his car because damn. drives a little over the speed limit, but is very attentive and overall a good driver.can’t parallel park for shit though

Sweden: The most patient and calm person on the planet, not even a curse word will leave his mouth. Drives like a grandpa. Will drive slower than the limit which drives others crazy.

what about if their s/o was super nervous during their first time doing the dirty

Denmark: Super sweet about it, constantly reasures them, asks if everything is okay, if they still want to continue, etc. Takes it very slow and gentle, even though he naturally prefers to go at a much faster pace when he’s in the mood. Tells them he loves them, a lot, especially if they’re particularly nervous or scared about something. Honestly it’s really sweet and kind of cute (if sex can be considered cute). Lots of laughing to put his s/o at ease.

Norway: Mostly lets them take the lead, so they can go at a pace that is comfortable for them. He’s secretly terrified of doing something they don’t like, or of making them feel uneasy. He wants them to enjoy it as much as possible, so he mostly waits for them, unless they prefer him to take the lead due to not knowing what to do or whatever the case, in which case he would become a little nervous but makes sure to communicate with them so everything goes well.

Iceland: As nervous as they are, mostly because he’s very self conscious. It might be a bit awkward with neither of them knowing what to do, but he wants to show his s/o how much he loves them. Probably a few bumps in the road, but they get their eventually. A sucker for after care, he’ll get them whatever they want and he would be the type  to stay up with them for a while after to talk.

Finland: Spends a good amount of time trying to comfort them before hand, as well as afterwards. He doesn’t want them to think that this will make him think differently of them, love them less, etc. Their comfort is his main concern, so he won’t a on his own desires, but ask them what they want, and what would make them feel less nervous. 

Sweden: Strangely confident in what he’s doing, but still constantly making sure they’re okay. More of a giver than receiver honestly. Doesn’t take it super slowly like some of the other nordics, but doesn’t rush it either. He just wants it to be enjoyable for both of them.

how would the nordics react to their s/o being really lonely and kinda depressed?

Denmark: Spends as much time as possible with them because his s/o feeling lonely is absolutely unacceptable. When he goes out with friends, he’ll leave little notes or texts to keep a smile on their face while he’s away. He cares sooo much and learning his s/o felt that way would just bring tears to his eyes because they’re his darling and he must not be doing a good job if that’s what they feel. If it starts to become something serious or chronic, he will repeatedly plead his s/o other to get professional help for what he can’t help with because he can’t  lose them and they need to be happy it is his goal.

Norway: His s/o feeling lonely would be kind of new to him because he’s never had many friends and he’s always been fine with it, and with being alone, and plus they have him so why should they feel that way? But after trying to understand better, he would make sure that his s/o knows that he is always there for them and willing to talk or whatever they need, and that he cares for them deeply. 

Iceland: Has a generally awkward approach about the situation, but is sweet about it. He doesn’t overreact about the situation, but is eager to listen more than do the talking, He may look to others for advice on how deal and help his s/o. He’s actually quite observant, and so small changes in his s/o would have already given him the feeling that something was up even before they told him. 

Finland: Listens attentively as they explain why they feel that way, and asks them questions about how he can help, how others can help, what could have caused the change/caused them to feel that way,etc. After learning as much as he can, he would go from there to help them in the most suitable way. If they dont’ have many friend, he would introduce them to his, invite them to more parties/get togethers, etc. If they feel unappreciated, he would make sure they know how wonderful a person they are and pay special attention to make sure they do from now on. Overall though, he’s just there for them and willing to do whatever it is that they think will help. 

Sweden: He doesn’t talk much about it afterwards, but he makes sure to always wish his s/o a good morning/night, and will make others pay attention to them (like the other nordics and such if that makes sense?) so they don’t feel so alone. He knows the pain that comes with the feeling of loneliness and wants to take that away for them and help them realize that they are so loved and are irreplaceable. 

Side note: Shoutout to everyone else like me that feels lonely af all the time, you are so important and probably are way more loved than you realize. FRIENDS ARE SO IMPORTANT. TALK TO THEM.

Have you done a how the Nordics cuddle with their S/O?

Honestly I dont remember considering I have the memory span of a goldfish, so I’ll write it (again?) anyway!

Denmark:  Mostly cuddling is just a mess of tangled limbs while talking quietly together and trying to make them laugh or giggle because it is the most wonderful sound in the world to him. Would honestly cuddle 24/7. Anytime he feels like it, no matter what his s/o is doing he’ll just walk over and pick them up, carrying them to the couch or bed and start cuddling them telling them over and over how much he loves them.

Norway: Especially likes to cuddle mostly after a long day. He doesn’t like to be glued together, but he’ll place his arm over the s/o’s hip and will kiss their forehead, though he usually waits until they’re asleep to do that. His favorite part is waking up to see his s/o curled up into him. Though it doesn’t seem like much, it makes him super happy and a small, faint blush will always dust his cheeks every time that his s/o likes to tease him about.

Iceland: Very shy about cuddling, and not really that into it, but he will because he loves his s/o. Either he’ll place his head on his s/o others chest or vice versa, because he loves to hear their heartbeat and figures it must be the same for them, especially after a rough day. 

Finland: He likes it when his s/o clings onto him like a teddy bear while he runs his fingers through their hair and hums songs to them or telling them stories of his adventures with the rest of the Nordics. As much as he tries not to, hes always the first to fall asleep. 

Sweden: Is the one clinging to his s/o like his life depends on it. Looves to cuddle because he’s not great with expressing himself in words, but spending sometimes hours cuddling with them can show them more than what can be put into words. He’ll often stare at them long after they’ve fallen asleep, wanting to burn their features to memory.
