This blog is for everything Percy Jackson and Greek Mythology! occasionally i will post something unrelated, but it is rare. Hestia is despite the lack of stories about her and her amazingness. But despite the lack of information about her she is held in high esteem and holds great power while still being the most humble of all the gods. That's why I have chosen to take her example and thus the name.

40 days left!
And here’s Annabeth. Because she’s awesome and because she can rock both a green silk dress and the post-apocalypse zombie fighter look. She’s that awesome.
I’m really curious to see how Annabeth’s dealing with post-Tartarus. I know she’ll apply her usual “gotta keep moving, got things to do” sort of mindset to help it, but there’s still a lot. I want to see her and Percy work through their experience. Not just with each other, but with the others. I mean, there’s a lot to work out…
The Cocytus
Seeing their old enemies try to kill them once again
Failing to save Bob and Damasen
Hearing the River Achereon (?) remind her of the deaths of Zoe, Silena, Luke, etc. and reminding her how she still blames herself for those deaths
Almost die several times
Watch Percy almost die several times.
Seeing her boyfriend (someone she loves dearly) be driven closer and closer to the edge by the rage that’s starting to affect him.
P.S. Percy bloodbent a Titan and explored some VERY dark aspects of his powers.
The Death Mist and what it made the both of them think when they looked at one another.
Yeah, there’s a lot to work out and a lot to heal from.
And in 40 days we’re going to see Annabeth and Percy work those things out in their ways.

His big claim to fame was that the Golden Fleece—that magical sheepskin rug I’m related to—ended up being in his kingdom, which made the place immune to disease, invasion, stock market crashes, visits from Justin Bieber, and pretty much any other natural disaster.

Has anyone else noticed that Rick Riordan has written more and more books about mythology and Percy Jackson’s world since the “movies” came out? It’s almost like he’s trying to make himself forget about them…

What I love most about the Percy Jackson and Hero’s of Olympus series is that most people think of demigods as these super strong heroes that are serious and calculating at all times and have super cool powers but (using Percy as the example) we get this fucking nerd who loves blue food, talks to fish, and laughs at the word ‘dam’.

Those books gave me wonderful moments, I can’t describe how special they are to me.
Some times I catch myself saying thanks to books, for showing me a new world.
Image not by me, credits on the photo.
