Neon seems like the kind of guy that'll like throttle a full child for funsies

The last city blinks out, the lights fade away into the falling ashes in the sky. The lights on the street wilt as if they are flowers planted in the wrong season. The streets turn into nothing but steam like water on a desert. The people no longer lives, they survive, or try to until their bodies betray them and it attacks itself; making them crumble into nothing but darkness. A death without silence for the screams fill the ears for those who can still hear. Now the city is desolate, no lights nor living beings. The gargantuan buildings that once reached the heavens, those man-made pillars that crawl up to try and enter the gates of salvation fall to the ground without an impact. The ground sinks into itself and melts into pure nothing and it is only darkness left.

Neon has those like clockwork figures, like the real big ones and he just puts some around in a random person's room each Christmas
