I have a band event in the morning and I'm super nervous. I wanted to know how you deal with nervous events?

Well, personally I like to remind myself that whatever happens, it'll be okay. Box breathing really helps if things feel too overwhelming, too.

If you have someone coming with you, either a band mate or family or friends, think of it as just playing for them. Nobody else exists, just your band, that person, and you.

It always seems worse when you think about it, but in the moment, it'll be a lot easier. Trust me.

Just stick to the routine, focus on the people you're playing for, and remember to breathe.

Jumping on that last ask- what are some of the weirdest things you've SEEN Kick do???

I'm gonna give you a few scenarios; all have happened, I've seen these.

- Kick thrusting his hips as he revs a quad at the same time. Every time. At least three gyrations in a row before its work mode.

- Kick has been seen (and unfortunately heard) giving a guttural moan at the taste of real food after being in the field. Honestly I can't blame him, but yeah. It's loud.

- Kick has brought up in a PowerPoint presentation that the aerodynamics of different types of men's underwear would assist freefall speeds when parachuting.

- Kick receiving a phone call and quickly excusing himself from the room, crooning someone's name all gushy despite literally having a serious conversation two seconds prior.

- Keegan has been seen falling asleep standing up, it is as terrifying as it seems when he's just in a dark corner.

- Keegan has been seen smuggling snacks into his gear, via Logan.

- Keegan has read the entire vehicle manual for a Ford Flex.

- Contrary to popular belief, Keegan does not sleep with his mask on at base or the safe house. Efforts to catch him without it are proven difficult, and the chances of spotting him in the open without it are incredibly slim.

- Keegan has been seen quietly entering Ajax's old room.
