So these are some of the slides from the herpes presentation I made a while back for my psychology class!

I’ve been hesitant to share this here out of a paranoid fear of someone from class will find this post on tumblr and then discover my blog, but considering I disclosed to a class of 30 strangers that I had herpes, that seems a little stupid. 

Obviously this isn’t a comprehensive explanation of the virus and how it functions, but I focused more on the stigma itself. I just saved this bby new born deer. and I’m crying bc it kept following me.

This was the only photo that, for some reason, remained on my phone after dumping all the hundreds of pictures onto my laptop. I don't even know why this didn't get deleted after the transfer but it was a cute little thing to find. This is months and months ago from the boyfriend.

Yeahh, the boy has had it for years and has genital outbreaks at least once a month. So when I got it on the top of my ass and only got it twice so far, he was not happy. But I get my prodromal symptoms of severe skin sensitivity and pain in my legs once every week or two, even without outbreaks. So it's kinda even between us taking that into account.

i really desperately want to find someone else with sacral herpes, aka butt herpes (i am not even kidding you) because i can’t find anything online about it. nothing. everything is aimed at normal ghsv.

I've only had two outbreaks in almost nine months of having it so it's hard to tell whether it's going to pop up anywhere else or whether it's just gonna be where it originally was. I mainly meant that I wanted to avoid having it on my vagina or anything, so the boy and I are still careful. But if it's going to spring up just because I already have it at the top of my buttcrack then I guess...oh well lol.

It is. And it sucks still having to worry about about not letting it travel anywhere else, especially since I'm still with the person who I contracted it from.
