thinking about wizbat and i think bat is genevieve's chew toy. point blank. when she needs something to do/fidget with, she'll climb up onto his back and gnaw on his ears because they're nice and leathery, no matter what he's doing. bat absolutely loves it
in return, he will nip at her to draw blood and lap at the wound re: his briefly mentioned and horribly underutilized vampirism. it's mostly something they do to bond, especially if they've been apart for awhile. he doesn't need the blood, but it does taste good
tldr biting as a love language. biting as a sign of trust. biting as something intimate. thats the wizbat way
