tired of walking on eggshells pretending like i don’t care about shipping when i do actually. sue me but i crave romance and i think it’s fun to write. i WANT to ship my characters. i don’t care if our first interaction is setting the foundation for a plotted ship. the best part is this still doesn’t mean shipping is my main focus but god the purist culture the rp community has developed around shipping and painting it as some moderately taboo thing that you should only ever indulge at a strict minimum is so exhausting. ship with me.

"Scared? No, of course I'm not scared, I just-"

Too busy was he trying to figure out an explanation for his tense posture that he had barely even registered how close Nethalia was getting to him - that is, until her soft lips brushed against his jaw. His train of thought was completely derailed by her sudden gentle action, too flustered to finish his sentence.

"Um, y-yeah, that sounds nice," he at least managed to agree with her suggestion, still holding her hand while letting her lead him to a less public spot.

A soft gasp escaped the officer's lips as he felt her tail slip around his own, a sensation that he definitely wasn't used to - but one that felt surprisingly nice. It had been far too long since someone as pretty as her had shown him this much affection, and it did feel kinda nice.

"W-Well, um... in that case, I suppose a small break wouldn't hurt," he admits, his cheeks growing more red by the second. He gently squeezed the dragoness' hand and glanced into her eyes, trying his best not to completely crumble from her teasing.

A smile came to Odin’s face as her hand caressed his face, gazing into her eyes as their foreheads connected. His own arms held her close, gently running his fingers through her hair.

“I missed you too, my princess~”

“If you’re sure, my princess...”

Odin only hesitated for a moment before moving forward into her embrace, wrapping his arms around her in turn.
