I havn't written for Hermitcraft before, and i really want to write for some of the less popular hermits!

But i'm so scared of mischaracterising them and current fans being upset, that i just, can't????

Hey, you gotta start somewhere! First full length fic I wrote, I had False as a side/background character and wrote her TERRIBLY. And guess what? Four years later, I'm writing a fic where she's a strong supporting character, and I'm writing her pretty well! It just takes time and practice :)

Thank goodness AO3 has a fantastic tag filtering system, at least it's possible to avoid icks and the like. Though, that does mean that some of the really... creative tags have the opportunity of getting popular.

I saw rendog's irl face for the first time and went "what no that looks like wth" and then once he spoke I went "oh now i see it" Although, we can all agree Mumbo is the most jarring. Some skinny guy in a suit with black hair and an incredible mustache vs this tall, clean-shaven buff dude with blonde hair and a love for cars. Also Grian is buff irl and idk how to feel about that.

real fact: in hardcore hermits episode 3, it was brought up that bdubs added filler to his shoes and did his hair the way he did because of the fact that he's short to look taller 5'8-5'7 .
