HPP Diary

Constant palpitations starting at 4:00AM

Causes: Coffee? Stress? Inadequate sleep?

Feelings: feeling anxious because of the palpitations

The pain in my legs has subsided but not entirely gone. The pills have worked.

Hi Universe!

Things are a little difficult lately with all the unpaid bills. There's constant worry about navigating daily life with a limited budget, trying to make ends meet, plus juggling work with mother & wife duties. There's a heavy nostalgic feeling, we've been through this before. Some days, I can't help but let my emotions come over me. One day, everything seems perfect until suddenly you come to a point where you wonder when your life took a wrong. It feels like everything happening is the opposite of how you want your life to be.

But then again, I know that this is only temporary. I know that you, the Universe, our Lord Almighty are with us no matter how tough we are going through. I know we are surviving no matter how big the mountains we climb. That's what I carry within me. It's not just hope but a truth that comforts me every day.

Despite these challenges, I'm grateful for everything. My two wonderful sons, my supporting father and sister, my husband, and my friends. Big things are happening for me, for us. I know all the bills will be paid. I know we are succeeding and growing.

Good morning Universe!

I was about to start working on my article list when I thought of writing something before my brain got busy with work. I want this to be a gratitude entry and with that said, I'm going to list the things I'm thankful for as of this moment.

I'm grateful I got up from bed today without pain or discomfort in my body. (I normally do when my potassium is low)

I'm grateful for waking up early. My alarm clock must feel productive right now.

I'm grateful I woke up healthy and able. There are days when my potassium level is low and I wake up tired and sore.

I'm grateful for my husband who started his day very early to do business and make money for the family. God Bless his perseverance.

I'm grateful for my two sons. They are the source of our happiness.

I'm grateful for my job because it pays well and my client is a good man.

I'm grateful that my fridge is full of food I could cook to nourish my family.

I'm grateful for the lessons that life taught me.

I'm grateful for the pain I've been through and I'm living my life in gratitude with wisdom and hope that everything will make sense in God's perfect time.

I'm grateful for the relationship I have with my husband. We are not perfect but we learn from each other and we are cheering each other's growth and success.

Thank you, God. Thank you, Universe.

I know you will always have my back.

Yey for Tumblr!

Welcoming myself to Tumblr!

It's been ages since I visited my original account and a few minutes ago I thought of creating a new one where I could randomly post anything that needs to be dumped from my brain. Do you ever get those moments when you are in the middle of something, like work, and your brain suddenly starts processing random thoughts and you just want to write it on paper or maybe blog about it? But then, you don't want to write something lengthy. I could use Twitter for that, but then Twitter's still not enough.

I like to use Tumblr for those types of sporadic moments.

So yeah.
