This takes place before they are really "together" and more of like where they are just friends. Hematite is finally comfortable enough to ask what she deems as reasonable questions for Meridia to answer (no matter how embarrassing they may actually be)...By this point Meridia has convinced Hematite to stay for a while in East Coast City because, what do you know, the Earth isn't really all this terrible Homeworld told her it would be. Hematite is also no longer living in her little make shift "base", shes now using Meridia's house as her new "base of operations" while she waits for someway to contact Homeworld for who knows what.

"You are to halt your mission to the Gama quadrant and remain here on Homeworld until this menace of a rebellion is put to an end. Am I understood Hematite?" "Yes My Diamond." So I wanted to do a thing to show how old Hematite was but also show like what she was doing in the grand scheme of the rebellion and stuff. So Hematite was supposed to go on another mission (which was like the only thing that she really liked to do since she didn't really enjoy interacting with other gems..) but all travel off planet was postponed due to the rebellion. All of this leading Hematite to be pretty bitter about the Crystal Gems interrupting the only thing she actually enjoyed doing and forcing her to stay on Homeworld for a long time.

OK SO I know I made Hem like super tall in this picture I rlly just dont know how tall I want her to be...I love these two so much tho *tears up* So in the future tho I think Hematite would reform and have short hair kinda similar to Meridia; just cuz she loves Meridia's short hair. And of course a star on her shirt cuz (spoiler alert) she eventually doesnt want to destroy the crystal gems and actually becomes one of them. And they live Happily Ever After in East Coast City. (lol)

I felt like because Hematite is so stealthy and sneaky she would be like a cat if she was corrupted Gem. I also realized I have yet to post pictures of her weapon so her tail doesnt make much sense...but her tail looks like the end of the handle of her scythe.

1. Hematites first days in East Coast City. Shes pretty abrasive still and doesn’t really have any desire to get along with Meridia, just sees her as a hindrance to her mission with her unhelpful information. None of her ship was recoverable so Hematite doesn’t really know where she was supposed to go in reference to her current location in order to complete her mission. Nor does she have any idea of what she would do after the completion of her mission without her ability to flee the planet following Homeworld’s desires to destroy the planet after completion of said task. So she’s doing all she can do and built herself a little “base” on the beach while she waits for what shes sure will be help from her Diamond (white diamond) arriving shortly.
2. A week of knowing eachother and Hematite comes to the conclusion that “Humans must all be annoying.” Based on how she feels from her interactions with Meridia thus far. Regardless Meridia still chooses to continue pestering Hematite in the hopes of stalling/ halting her mission to find the Gems so she can destroy them and then promptly the earth. (Because of course Hematite told her immediately upon meeting Meridia what her mission was)

Hematite’s ship was supposed to infiltrate earth and seek out the crystal gems to take out “their leader” but instead exploded while passing through the stratosphere of Earth. Hematite was the only gem of her 4 people crew that she knows made it out intact. She crash landed in the ocean just off the shore where Meridia was building lonely sand Castles in the sand. Meridia noticed her falling and quickly jumped into the ocean and rescued her. Lets just say Hematite wasn’t exactly grateful upon her awakening.

Hematite
Strength:
Hematite is moderately strong. She has to wield he scythe and that requires some strength to do with any sort of speed.
Agility: Because Hematite’s “formal” job is to infiltrate and collect information about planets Homeworld wishes to take over she is required to be incredibly stealthy. Though not her strongest ability she is one of the quietest gems amongst her peers on Homeworld and her comrades upon earth; with the ability to remain unnoticed until she verbally announces her presence. Confidence: Hematite is completely confident in her abilities but not in herself. She has never had to make her own decisions for herself and upon arriving to Earth is completely unsure of what to do without orders. Willpower: Willpower isn’t a skill Hematite is lacking in the least. She was trained from creation to follow orders to the fullest extent and stop at nothing to complete the mission at hand. When she commits to something she commits to it completely. The only commitment she has ever broken was when she finally accepts breaking her allegiance to Homeworld. Social Skills: Hematite has never needed to be very socially involved due to the nature of her job requiring her to either collect information or discreetly murder someone hence her lacking in social skills. Though she seems to improve gradually at interacting it takes her a while to grasp the concept of friendship. Charisma: Coupled with her lack of social skills, Hematite’s charisma is quite low as well. She has never needed to really interact outside of a formal basis where she is only required to accept orders. Thus she has never needed to be charming so it is a skill she is completely lacking in.
Stamina: Missions to collect information about rival and desired planets can take a considerably long duration of time to collect. From earth weeks to months to get the information Homeworld needs therefore Hematite is required to have a lot of stamina to continue for days at a time. In regards to battle though she is built for collecting information, being solo on a rival planet requires her to be able to fight for an indiscriminate amount of time with possibly numerous opponents therefore she must have a great amount of stamina to escape with her gem intact. Creativity: Hematite is incredibly bright when it comes to creating plans of action. She is very good at coming up with ingenuitive ideas to fixing and going about situations. This was very useful when it came to her job for Homeworld. Empathy: Similar to her lack of social skills and charisma, due to Hematite’s very limited social interaction she is not very skilled in empathy. Often needing to follow orders and ask questions later has led Hematite to do things most people would be not very proud of (ie. Kill innocent people) because Homeworld has ordered her to do so. Though after spending more time with Meridia Hematite becomes more empathetic it takes her time to grow to become more so. Humor: Similar to above Hematite has never really dealt with humor so isn’t quite sure how to go about it and when to interpret people being humorous. Which makes it pretty difficult understanding Meridia sometimes since she loves to joke around. Discipline: Hematite has almost complete control over her emotions, though she rarely experienced more than calm resignation on Homeworld she begins to experience many more emotions now on Earth. Intelligence: As can be interpreted from most stuff I’ve said above, Hematite is pretty damn smart. Perception: Hematite seems to notice a lot of things others don’t since her training taught her to be so. Luck: Hematite has pretty average luck, while her missions are always very successful she isn’t much into  anything else. She doesn’t really branch out much so she hasn’t had a hand at trying many other things.
Skill/Special: Hematite is great at what she does. She has great skill in wielding her scythe.
