hey sorry for the inactivity!! i just started school last week and i was really busy, not to mention i still have that annoying ass glitch in my blog :P i’ll be sure to come back on the weekend (possibly in a new blog?? idk)

OOC. 

so i’ve been experiencing this very frustrating glitch lately where i can’t scroll down when i use custom themes and the layout just messes up (like this and this- the quality is bad but you get my drift lol)

some custom themes work fine, like the one i’m using right now which i’ve used in this blog before, and the themes that work alright usually are container themes (although there are container themes that don’t work too)

i’m trying to fix this but i’m honestly at a loss as to how. i already have a backup account fixed up in the worst case scenario where i have to move accounts (which is a huge hassle so i hope it doesn’t go down to that RIP)

so yeah, just a heads up i guess!

Huh, if going out of the country is something you want then maybe we could go on an out-of-country trip together? That’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while as well.

That would be good. Although I find the lesser-known trails to be the more challenging trails. I don’t think it’s anything you can’t handle, but it may not be a good idea if we’re looking for a simple leisure hike.

Shadow - What is your biggest regret?

Recently? It’s not getting involved and not reaching out to other nations for a long time. I only had little say when it came to international relations in that period, as I was solely a soldier, but I did have control over just... talking to them, making friends with them, and not doing that sooner is something I regret.

Mint - Does Ice cream exist in your world? If so, what is your favorite Ice cream flavor?

It’s not something I eat that often, but my favorite flavor would be chocolate.

Sepia - Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they?

I’m fond of hiking. The more challenging the trail the better. I also like target shooting. I find it, in a way, to be therapeutic.

Brown- Where do you call home?

It’s not a specific place. I consider anywhere in my country to be “home”, especially the more rural places by the mountains. It just feels so calming and relaxing to be there, I can just forget about any worries in the real world.

Carob - What do you look for in a friend?

I don’t think I’m that picky. Just be civil and it will work.

Cloud - What do you spend the majority of your time thinking about?

Work, work and work. I’ve been very busy lately, I hope I get some downtime this summer and just stay in my house in Vorderthal.

Midnight - Are you a night or morning person?

Morning person. I never get to experience the night much anyway since I sleep early.

Orange - What are some of your comfort foods?

Comfort foods... hmm, definitely chocolate. Swiss chocolate. I like havinga bar of Lindt every now and then.

Spice - Do you like to cook? Do you cook often?

Not really, no. I’m not that good when it comes to cooking fancier dishes, and I rarely have the time to do so anyway. When I do, though, I do try to put in effort.

Tangerine - What is your favorite fruit?

It’s a toss between apples or pears.

Peach - Are you generally a more gentle and soft spoken person or a louder and rougher person?

I’d say the latter. I wouldn’t consider myself to be that loud, but I’m definitely not soft-spoken.

Squash - Do you live in an agricultural setting?  If so, are you a farmer or something of the sort? What kind of crops do you grow?

I did live in an agricultural setting for a long time, yes. I was a farmer, but I didn’t grow any crops. I was an animal farmer, a goatherd if you will, as I mostly raised goats and some cows.

Amber - Do you wield any sort of superpower? If so, what is it?  

Well, I’m immortal.

Honey - Have you ever considered marrying someone? What is your opinion on marriage in general?

As a nation, marriage really is up to my bosses. Since our country has a strict neutrality policy, no, I haven’t considered marrying anyone.

Sandstone - Who in your life has been the most healing for you?

My sister, Liechtenstein, has impacted me for the better more than anyone else had. 

Rust - Have you thought about becoming old? Can you become old? Are you scared of being old? What do you think about elders?

I would think I’m quite old, but physically? I have thought what would it be like and when will it happen, but not that often. I wouldn’t say I’m scared of becoming old, it just isn’t something I think of a lot. As for elders, I think they’re nice, yes.

Pumpkin - What is your favorite part of Autumn? (If that exists in your world)

Autumn is a favorite season of mine. I like how the temperature and the weather aren’t too extreme that time of the year. It’s perfect for outdoor activities.

Jumpsuit - Have you ever been arrested/ in trouble with authority?

I have, yes, in the past. This mostly happens during times of war—the last time was during Napoleon’s time—which I haven’t been involved in for the past two centuries now. I like to think myself as a behaved person.

Bronze - What is your favorite way to warm up when it’s cold?

When it’s cold, I like eating hot food to keep me warm. My favorites, personally, are Bunder Gerstensuppe and of course cheese fondue.

Hmm… war, noise, litter, people who speed, people who disrupt Sundays by hanging laundry or mowing the lawn, irresponsible people, tardiness… there’s definitely more to that list.

Red - What makes you angry?

Tardiness is probably the main thing that irritates me. Especially when their reason for being late is that they “lost track of time”. Up high there would also be people thinking Switzerland is all German. 

Crimson - Have you ever been in war? If so, describe how it impacted you

I have been in wars, yes, but not since 1815. My first few wars were victories, and I remember feeling like I was on top of the world back then—especially the ones against Austria.

Maroon - What are you most passionate about?

The environment. It’s a very serious issue that I don’t think gets talked about enough. It’s one of the reasons why I decided to take up environmental engineering.

Imperial - Are you in any position of power or authority?

As a nation representation, then yes, I am. It’s not something I rub it into other’s faces, though.

Ruby - Would you consider yourself impulsive or reckless?

No, I would not. I always think thoroughly before doing something.

I don’t, honestly. It’s one of those things I’ve never fully understood.

It’s fine. I myself drink from time to time.
